I had a very disappointing experience at this Max store. I purchased a jumpsuit two days ago, and it had large holes caused by the security magnet, which clearly damaged the product. This damage happened due to improper handling by the store staff.
When I came back to exchange the damaged item, instead of being helpful, the staff behaved extremely rudely and unprofessionally. They were not cooperative at all and spoke with a very bad attitude. I was treated very poorly, even though the fault was clearly from the store’s side.
What made the experience worse was that even during billing of the exchanged item, the staff continued to show an uncooperative and arrogant attitude, as if helping a customer was a burden. When I asked to speak to the manager, the staff simply said “The manager is not here” and then responded defensively by saying “We haven’t done anything, why do you want to speak to the manager?” This response was shocking and completely inappropriate. As a customer, I have every right to speak to a manager, especially when facing an issue caused by the store.I expected much better customer service from a reputed brand like Max. This kind of behavior, lack of accountability, and poor customer handling is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures proper training for their staff.

Very disappointing experience overall.

I recently bought a trouser from Max and wore it the next day. The quality was extremely poor — the cloth started tearing and threads were coming out. I washed it once just to clean it, and then took it to the store for an exchange. Before going, I even called the store manager and he clearly told me they would exchange it. But when I reached the store, they refused to exchange it, saying they don’t accept washed items. This is very disappointing because the garment was already defective, and I was given wrong information on the call. Max also mentions that products can be exchanged within one month, and I had taken the trouser for exchange well within that one-month period. Still, they denied my request. I expected better quality and better service from Max. This experience was very frustrating and not worth the money I spent.

I mentioned a review of my experience 2 day back ,in response of my review from max side reply recieve with link ,I fill my detail in link but not any action is taking till date ,they only know to making fool to its customer.I only want take appropriate action only ,I don't like computerized reply. I also upload invoice .pls provide  me detail reply of what action you taken till date .

Max has become a far widely grown chain in Indian market from past few years.It has opened its outlet in most of the major malls.The outlets provide the dresses for a new born to any age person.
Also the price range over here is very good and has off or offers on majority of products.
The dresses are having fresh colors and updated as per season.

I bought a pant which was damage in one wash ,when I go to for exchange ,store manage denied form it .After that I gave that pant to manager to wear that pant and enjoy ..
Bad experience

I got scammed in this store for ₹1000 on bill of ₹8000, they packed only 9 items out of 11 after billing for 11. Be careful to check the bag after billing. On complaining about their services ,no one cares here about customer, I even filed online complaint on Max site, still no resolution. These people are hopeless. They don't even say sorry for their big mistakes, which causes us inconvenience and frustration.

Pathetic security staff at entrance, no manner's. Business will not run with these type of people.

Salespeople seem least interested in selling clothes. Whenever you ask about the availability of a specific size, their usual response is that it’s not available, without making any effort to check. However, when I searched myself, I found 2 to 3 pieces of the same size. Overall, the service was quite disappointing.

Worst Management ever I have seen. Showcasing different offers and their systems having different one.
Had a worst experience of shopping in this branch.
They asked for extra money at the time of billing and denied the offers to apply what there were showcasing.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Max store. The service at the cash counter was extremely poor, and the staff spoke in a rude and unprofessional manner. I hope necessary action is taken to improve customer service

No matter how much you shop, the billing staff always tells you that you have 10-12 points only and hence cannot be redeemed. Also remember that you should not move in the billing line unless asked by the staff to do so.

Not worthy for  even 1 star.

Very bad service. After buying trousers i gave them to alter it but even after 2 days it was as it is not touched. And reason is simply given as we forgot. Need to improve the sense of responsibility by staff.

Joyful experience of shopping.

They have excellent presentation of their products. They have clothing and accessories for all age men and women. I have been their customer since opening of this outlet and have had enjoyed myself shopping here.

They have good variety of clothing. All clothes have tagged with age band. So it is easy to buy for children. And they always keep fresh stock rotating. So every time we get to see new products.

Most of the times they have discount offers. Usually 30% to 70% discount on MRP during Diwali, Christmas.

We don't need to wait for long for billing as they have multiple billing counters.

If you go on Weekends, it's really difficult to get parking. Instead I liked max in Pimpri.

Max is India’s take on affordable, sometimes fast fashion. While I respect the affordability part, there is a lot of room left to improve quality and availability of clothes in different sizes.Max has some in house brands that span across different designs and price points, so you have the option to choose what works best for you. Overall, I would say keep your expectations realistic in terms of quality and design before entering the store.
Long story short "Great place to visit, pocket friendly!!"

Passing by in the mall excellent display n ambience

30 Nov : Highlighted improper trade practices.
When you buy single product they give 10%discount.
But when you highlighted mistakes for improper bill then for the same product immediately discount disappeared.
When asked for disappeared discount illegitimate reasons....
