1.All plates and spoons were extremely dirty and sticky, seemed like they were kept in a gutter. Had to clean them before use.
2. Did a huge mistake and did not manually check every dish. One of the dishes they gave had a crack. I noticed it as soon as I got home, but they cut deposit anyways. As a business it was Thier responsibility to check if they were giving faulty products. But they pass that onto the customers.If you have no other option, please manually check every item. They broken items get camouflaged in the non broken ones.
3. Refusal to give invoice.No GST invoice and no invoice for money they cut out of deposit.They initally gave an invoice, but it had no GST details. When I returned plates, they took away that invoice.

Pathetic.. money minded people. Just there to loot, no morality! Min deposit for any petty object 500. I took water dispensing bottle stand for a day. It was so dusty... when asked got arrogant answers - its like that only, its your problem if you want to take it... even refused to clean!! Shop timing not suitable if u r busy in function related activities. Went to return 5 times, but due to busy schedule couldn't be in their time. On fourth day could return at 4 pm. Charged for that day also since I came in afternoon timing, in spite of knowing all the details. Left full deposit for those bhixxxx. Doubt whether the owner knows all this...
