AVCRETE SCC Powder is a premium, high-performance concrete additive developed by Avcon Technics Pvt Ltd for effective shrinkage reduction in concrete. This product significantly reduces shrinkage strain in concrete, minimizing surface level variation in concrete floors after curing. It enhances the rheological properties of concrete, improving workability and cohesiveness, and imparts a creamy, dense mix ideal for trowel applications. AVCRETE SCC Powder also allows for a reduction in cement content by 4 to 6% of the total cementitious material, offering both performance and cost benefits. Dosage is application-dependent, typically ranging from 14 to 24 kg per cubic meter of concrete, with higher dosages required for thinner slabs and screeds. The product is compatible with most admixtures, though pre-testing is recommended.
