It was very good. They arrived sharply as per mentioned time, but i was late due to went outside and he waited for me to collect the report. His behavior was good. Thanks Sumit Bhosale for collecting samples for RT-PCR Testing.

We did a test through home collection. The representative was Sumit Bhosle, he was on time and very organized. He explained the collection process and collected all the samples. Also explained the process of report generation and by when it wil be ready. Overall happy with the service.

My sincere request to people to NOT prefer Lal labs.
I had a really pathetic experience with these people.
Firstly, they LOST the blood sample and weren't admitting and in this process I lost around 5-6 days just to get blood reports.
On top of that, they weren't receiving my phone call for the entire duration and I was clueless about the reports.
They requested for the blood to be taken again which I had to agree since I had paid already however I've been waiting for 2 hours since morning and now upon calling I am told that Instead of 9, they'll come at noon 1pm to do the test.

Not at all professional and I regret paying them. Lost my time, blood and piece of mind over these guys

Last 4 yrs we r doing our all blood tests from here…service is very good..very hygienic and whatever time they mentioned they always came on time..trustworthy..

Have been using their service for a couple of years now. Very prompt response and reports delivered in time. Sumit visits for home sample collection. Very polite and skilled technician.

Very good lab , they collect sample from home at short notices as well, reasonable price, experienced professionals. Specially Sumit from lab technicians has been very helpful and not once,  in 3 ocassions.You get your reports quickly on whatsapp.  If you are staying in Hadapsar or nearby and want to carry out medical investigation, a must try.

I have visited the lab on 12 February 2019 /
8 am.near Magarpatta city center. Not having a good experience and will not visit again in case of need.

My experience is bad at reception. My total lab test bill was around Rs.1600 ,when i requested at counter that i will pay Rs.1200 and balance will pay at the time of report collection. She simply refused and asked for arrange full money.
Being fasting i had to visit ATM to get the money this is absolutely ridiculous. On top of that they were not having card machine.

I would suggest to visit good hospital near by but don't visit this lab as these people will not cooperate if you don't have full money in advance

I have gotten my tests done by Sumit from Lal Path Labs twice and both the times it was a very smooth and great process. Everything from booking appointment to getting test results was done on whatsapp which made it very hassel free. Will definitely use them for future tests too.
