Very poor service. I have booked my parcel from Vishrantwadi to Wagholi Pune on 4th Dec'25 but till today 8th of Deccember they did not deliver the packet. Matter of concern is that even DTDC people have no idea where is packet is? I have visited DYadC main hub at Dighi but even they are unable to track the consignment. Please don't trust them if it is important document.

We have a courier with you with the docket number Z72730412. This courier has been with you for at least 10 days. Please try to deliver it as soon as possible. Try to deliver it by today's date.

Good service. Pick up service is good. But last time my package was kept in godown and was delivered two days late which spoiled the eatable food .so Four stars!

Worst courier service once you didn’t pick up the call the returned the parcel

I have been using services from here and the staff response and support is quick and takes minimal time without any hassle. They take care of everything so that you do have to worry about your shipment delivery.

I would rate DTDC 1 star. They are not punctual at all. Their opening time is listed as 8:30 AM on their website and even on Google, but they didn’t open the shop until after 9 AM. The phone number provided for the shop is also switched off. I've been waiting for half an hour.

Gayatri was extremely informative and helpful - immense patience for all the waiting I made her do and extremely respectful and kind when she was communicating - would happily courier more packages from Viman Nagar branch.

There tag line is delivering value... Not sure know what value they delivery... My parcel was there for three and every day they were rescheduling the delivery... Saturday was my work off so i went to there office... I was surprised to know that they didn't even know my parcel was there... I said them my location which was not covered by Viman Nagar office... And finally after showing they tracking id they searched and gave me... The exact one star is only for that thing...

THIS IS THE POOREST SERVICE I HAVE RECIVED FROM ANY COURIER COMPANY EVER!! My parcel is showing to be out of delivery since last 2 days and there is no sign of it. No one picks up the phone at the store. The delivery boy has been saying since last 2 days that he’ll be at my place in an hour but no one showed up till date.

A simple package from Pune to Mumbai has taken more than 5 days, Bhartiya Daak Seva is much better than this !!!

Adding below after my experience - Just after the day, I have submitted the package to the DTDC vendor,

I have received a Fraud call refering to the DTDC courier, don't know if same was coincidence or the issue with vendor... Have raised the concern with DTDC to check the vendor, however I am not aware if DTDC have taken any step on my concern!
