Nice place for children to spend time. There are a number of games/activities that children can play ranging from ball pool to slide to sand with projected animations n all.

Place is well cleaned all the time and staff is very cooperative. Some of the toys needs maintaining though for example the cars do not have steering wheel which makes it difficult for children to turn the cars properly.

Children of 3 years and under can have a parent accompanied.

We had a wonderful experience at Hamleys Play, KOPA Mall! The staff, led by Ms. Bhagyaratika, was absolutely fabulous. They made our daughter’s birthday truly special with their warm attitude, constant support, and enthusiastic involvement in all the activities.

The team was extremely helpful and proactive, engaging the kids in fun games, coordinating everything smoothly, and going out of their way to make sure the entire celebration was memorable. Their energy and attention to detail really stood out.

Highly recommend Hamleys Play for birthdays or any fun day out with kids. Thank you to the entire team for making it such a joyful experience!

We always enjoy our experience at Hamleys, KOPA. I have noticed that it is always neat, clean and well maintained.  The staff are friendly, warm and caring. The atmosphere is vibrant and charming as well as very welcoming. There are many activities to keep children engaged be it water play, sand play, blocks, slide play, dancing, etc. I see that my son always enjoys the slide and climbing activity here. He feels loved and cared for over here. My only wish is that the branch should be open till 10pm atleast because for working parents it becomes quite hectic to manage work and yet make sure we are here by 7pm atleast for 2 hours of play for child. When here, we forgot all stress and worries. The membership is also extremely affordable and great priced at Rs 1500 for 1 month of unlimited play. Thanks for creating this amazing paradise and haven for kids!

This place is new, well maintained and has all the latest toys in the play area. Kids enjoy this place more as they have a sand area where animals are projected in sand. Doll house has all the tiny house equipment’s, scientific water fishing area is also interesting. Ball zone has the musical system. They also have books and painting area. Overall it’s good for kids to enjoy more than 2 hrs

Overall great play area for young kids. Kids have space to run and explore and be creative. I think couple more bigger slides/obstacle course items  could easily be added with the amount of space, which would make it engaging for older kids also.

The air freshener is way too strong and overwhelming in the Hamleys store. Artificial fragrance is not good for developing lungs and endocrine systems so I wish they would remove the air fresheners altogether or use a natural alternative

It was a great experiece.  We visited Kopa Mall for the 1st time and landed at Hamleys play area. Our child enjoyed a lot. 800 rs for 1 hr. It has a huge play area and helpers to help the kids.

So this is really good fun for children. I took my daughter out here. She had a great time. she loved jumping the on Trampoline and also the slides, exploring the area loaded with fun dicsoveries. she just had a great time, parents to be nimble footed to watch over your super excited kids. Overall good fun. Pricey though.

We had a wonderful time at Hamleys Play! The play area is very clean, safe, and full of exciting activities for kids from interactive sand play to climbing zones and slides. I took my toddler to the Hamleys Play Area at Kopa Mall, Pune, and we had such a wonderful experience! The place is super clean, safe, and full of fun activities for little ones. Visited this place on Friday. My daughter of four enjoyed the place. This is in KOPA level 2. Felt it was a bit over priced but my daughter enjoyed leaving us for an hour. Carry your socks to avoid buying again. They had an offer which said 1500/- unlimited for a month but there were no more branches apart from KOPA hence didn't opt for the same. Hope they open more branches in Pune.

Place is clean and maintained. Only one slide that too for kids above 4. My kid was bored in 30 mins. There is no membership, so be ready to pay 800 per hour, which feels over priced.
