The place is nice, and their tailors are on-site. If you’re getting something stitched here, however, make sure you ask for a price estimate beforehand, preferably in writing. I got a saree blouse stitched here, and was given an estimate when we dropped the material off. However, what we finally paid was much higher because some costs hadn’t been communicated at all.
The blouse turned out all right, but probably not worth what I paid for it.

This place is pathetic. They did such a terrible job of an entire huge batch of clothes that I placed an order for. I don’t live in india and my mom had to go 6-7 times to remind them to complete stuff, which was well over the promised date. The finished product was so awful. Each saree blouse is a different size. Maybe 2/15 fit me well. And it’s not like they need slight alterations, they are completely messed up in size, style, pattern and are not flattering. Clothes were not returned ironed. Their demeanor was bad and arrogant, and like someone else has said it was as if they were doing a favor by allowing you to give them business. Ridiculous. Stay away! I made a huge mistake relying on this for my festive season, and I don’t live in india so I can’t keep going and trying and getting it changed, so my money was wasted.

I will recommend NOT to go to this place. The service is so bad plus they spoils my expensive clothes with bad stitching. The owner has this weird attitude like they don’t need business and we are forcing them to stitch our clothes. I was going to choose this place for my wedding clothes, but I am so glad I gave test clothes first.

Very Pathetic service. They never use their brains and are just running behind the payment. No internal communications between them and just playing blame game internally. They do not take any responsibility even for the designs they have suggested and stitched wrongly.

Poor fitting, inspite of so many visits they were never able to give a proper fit to the dress and blouse.
