Not at all a good experience when I visited the place and was given the bike the bike had multiple problems back indicator was not working the accelerator was jammed the indicatorswitch was not there and even the horn was not working even though all the problems were been resolved and the bike was been given to me but I was not confident about the bike as a result I wanted to cancel the ride. I would confess that a small error from my end that I went a little early to pick up the bike and I have booked the bike through gobikes even though according to the go bike policy i court get the amount refund after 25% deduction the owner  straight away refused to give me money and clearly said Paisa wapas nahin milega and started manipulating and finding out  excuses he was telling me to come back after 2 to 3 hours to pick up a different bike I told him I cannot do so as I stay 30 km away and I cannot leave my work and come again as a result I had to take the bike that I was not confident about while coming back home I realised even the gear produced indicator is not working overall the worst experience I have ever had with any bike rental doesn't look like owner has good intentions

Even the lady on the call was not very helpful and disconnected the phone on my face

Last time my experience with go bike was very good as a result I decided to go with them again but now I will never trust go bike ever again in my life

Dear GoBikes,

The application is easy and convenient to use which help me to get a comfortable vehicle on rent, however the documents were correct and clear so I didn't faced any difficulties while driving. Also, they provided a helmet which gives more safety and don't violate traffic rules.

Also note, back wheel break were little delay/lose and few times while waiting on signal bike(engine) got stopped suddenly any how restarted immediately so no problem. Seat and Driving is comfortable for long hours.

So, these was my complete feedback.

Great experience overall. No hassles in booking and pickup as well. Could test drive multiple bikes before finalising. No issues with the bike during rental period. Helmet is provided as well. Would recommend to others.

I had booked RE Himalayan for a week, When we went to pick up location the dealer was not present and he asked us to come to a new location and when we went there the bike we booked was not there (Rented to someone else) and was given Hero Xplulse for that day. When we received Himalayan later that night at 12AM, the handle bar was bent and bike was not in proper condition. And the dealers response / attitude is not good with us. When we went to drop off the bike he was not giving the security deposit (3000 Rupees) there, he mentioned he’ll be processing the deposit after 24 hours, After 30 minutes of arguing he gave our security deposit.

When we reached customer care for support for the issues we had during bike pick up the response was not good from Gobikes well.

I would suggest anyone who reads this review to go for another rental bike agency.

Nice experience with the owner. It was smooth and seamless. No hassle at all.

One of the worst bike rental company.
I got an Activa from them which was in dead condition almost and when I mentioned this while collecting the bike, the dealer shoo us out in a very rude way saying - haven’t we given, just use it. Breaks were dead, condition was fully scratched.. we had to fix the seat lock, brakes and handle conditions for which we got no refund!! Would suggest see the bike condition and then book.

The vehicle owner was very homely and gave me good instructions politely. The vehicle was also in very good condition. Overall the experience was worth spending on.

The vehicle owner was requested to pick up the customer 5 km away from the designated pick up point. Unfortunately, the owner was quite rude during the phone call. I have then decided to cancel the booking due to this unpleasant interaction. However, Go Bike failed to cancel the booking or provide a refund.

The team at Go Bike exhibited unprofessional and incompatible behaviour. It is evident that they lack the necessary skills to effectively handle customer situations.

I see a lot of good reviews . I guess it was my bad luck which led me to this bad experience. Early Feb i rented a access 125 for 3 days. Bike condition was Bad no rear view mirrors . the head light lamp came off in first 10 km. and spent 800 extra to get that repaired. attitude of the owner was rude and one would feel threatened by his behaviour and area where he provides services. wanted to return same day but they never agreed for refund. Booked an alternate Bike which was much better and excellent service by the team. Sorry GoBike never coming back.

Very bad experience I took baike extra hours de before I talk service executive are completely they said okay sir no worries and you pay me it's 100 rupees extra okay final done but they full charge I give them extra  tank fuel they are fraud people completely disappointed I never recommend anyone to go and take a bike or scooty because they are all froad people I had a terrible experience with Ve Go Bike Pvt Ltd. The customer service was incredibly poor. They were unhelpful and unfriendly when I had issues with my rental. I would not recommend their services toanyone.

This is a scam and there are other similar sites. Not present at location they claim to be at and ask you to pay first and then they will put you in touch with the location!  Check out the five star reviewers other reviews - they are for other GoBikes locations. The vegetable vendor outside told me that over last so many years he has seen many people being scammed. Stay away and don’t pay a rupee up front. SCAM!  You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!

This is Ganesh B, here I am sending my feedback about my cancelled booking and wasting of my time around 4 hours at Mumbai Ghatkopar East location. My total tour plan has been collapsed because of dealer carelessness and Gobikes conditions at Mumbai Ghatkopar East location.

I never faced this type of worst conditions of dealers maintaining their two wheeler, and never said before pickup. Dealer are available in the spot but never meet customer as they just told to contact his security to collect key. So Gobikes team please do not entertain this type of service, because we are facing the issues and time delay, for this cause Gobikes nothing to do or not give any complementary, Simply telling to cancel the booking, due to this customer will get refund but who will the responsibility for time delay for 4 hours. So hereafter I cannot believe any dealers. I need proper vehicle from Gobikes showroom. Very worst experience faced due to dealers irresponsible behaviour and unacceptable reply from Gobikes teams, please change the rules/conditions regarding Security deposit amount, as mentioned like. Because we need the amount once after dropping the vehicle, but dealers telling 24hrs after dropping, but this conditions is not mentioned in Gobikes rule.

So please suggest proper way, proper place to collect vehicles, and vehicle need good conditions and it should be serviced vehicle.

Vehicle poor conditions mentioned below:

1) Self start not working.
2) Kicker start also not working
3) break not working
4) once started again automatically vehicle getting off.

As per Dealers statement received from dealer: they are doing just part time job(side buisness) so they never take any full responsibility. Then what about customer service?

Due to this I got frustration, 4 hours delay iny trip.

They dont even kept 5 ml petrol to go till petrol pump we had to drag the bike till the petrol pump for more than 200 mtrs and petrol pump was at only 800-900 m. So go bikes only provide vendors & doesnt check condition of bike nor prepare bikes or any checks before giving it to customer. On asking vendor if it'll go till petrol pump he nodded yes it will.
Second bike's conditions are pathetic breaks are too weak old tyres without grip, broken helmets. Worst experience booking from this vendor.
