SONY’s brand is overshadowed by the attitude of this service centers customer support. The moment you call, lady representative’s dismissive, rushed tone makes it clear you’re not welcome. It sends a strong message—there’s something seriously wrong behind the scenes, and you’re better off looking elsewhere.

Truly outstanding service! It’s rare to find a team so committed to genuine customer satisfaction these days

I find this service centre phone staff *extremely rude*. Besides, customers should note that sony authorised service centre has refused to repair backlight related issues (this refusing product support). A very strong reason not to buy Sony as your next TV.

They are the worst of all service center. I called there and the lady she has super attitude, reluctant to answer. As it says they repair every product and when I called she said they only repair washing machine. I feel Mr. Salman the owner of this business wants to close this service center soon. If negative ranking would have been there I would have given it. Pathetic experience.

The worst service Centre I've experienced in Sony, completely disregarded, was not even asked what the issue was, or a single how may I help you. Was immediately cut off and said "no, this is not where we can help you" with my product bieng a Sony smartphone.

I visited regarding my camera service. I had a very good experience. The technician was really an expert. He did the correct diagnosis and gave the right advice regarding the camera. There was no wait. The receptionist did the process quickly. One star less for not getting parking easily even for a two wheeler. Otherwise the service is excellent.

Not even earning 10k per month but attitude like a IT engg. How their managament is ignoring this all.

The lady with whom i spoked on a call was very rude and i think she was in so hurry that she ended up my call by saying call to service center.
I think SONY should pay attention to their service centers first.

I had a very positive experience with the Sony TV Service Centre in Kothrud, Pune, especially thanks to Mr. Bhaskar. He is a highly patient and responsible technician who handled my issue with great care and professionalism. He took the time to explain the problem clearly and ensured the service was done thoroughly. His calm and sincere approach really stood out. I truly appreciate his commitment and the quality of service provided. Highly recommended!

The lady picks up the phone dismisses you right away without giving information ….. Sony service team asked me to connect with this center and she tells me to call Sony service even when I said they provided this center to seek service…..very bad attitude over call

If there is problem with sony device it is resolved as quick as possible.

Have fixed labor charges for out of warranty products.

The lady who answers call is very unprofessional rude highly incapable. Worst experience

Called to enquire about availablity of remote control, the girl answering the phone rudely cut thr call after saying they only repair TVs.
Whereas dealers say remote you can enquire with service center, remote not bring sold is not an issue but the total lack of courtsey while handling a call, shows lack of training and unprofessionalism.

I’m not sure who was responsible for hiring the call center staff or what criteria were used, but my experience has been quite disappointing. The representatives come across as unresponsive, unprofessional, and often seem eager to end the call rather than assist the customer.

Same Like mentioned in the previous reviews the one who picks up call is very rude and in a haste of declining the phone didn’t except this service from Sony

I had an incredibly poor experience with Sony’s TV installation service. The technician demonstrated a shocking lack of expertise and rude behaviour which is totally unacceptable.

For a brand like Sony, I expected professionalism and precision, but today, they lost one of their FEW loyal customers.

Fake Sony service centre. Fake info published on site. I called and asked what is the address, she asked what is your product & what is the problem? I asked is this an Authorised Sony Service center? She disconnected the phone.
