i bought a Kent water purifier from here.It started leaking in 6 months..I called up the office for sending the technician..They assured within 1 day but they sent the technician after 3 days..Servicing is very bad...Also there is a receptionist in the office who does not know how to talk to customers.She is extremely rude and swears on phone..WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!

Mr. Kulkarni was very courteous and helpful over the phone. Nilesh, the person who came to install the machine was punctual. Although he faced a lot of issues with the plumbing he never complained and completed his work properly.I will strongly recommend `Orange Impex` for Kent Water Purifiers.

Their technician are absolutely useless and illiterate,  they have no product knowledge whatsoever.

Worst services, please do not buy any product from these fraud people..
