Location is fine : lot of restaurants from small to big everything is nearby.
Hotel food is also good.
Complimentary Breakfast is also good.
Room size is small dont expect anything big or medium considering the price is fine.
Neatness is also good.
Staff is polite.
Just one thing which is a major down is its too noisy at night.  Its on roadside and there are lot of road noise coming directly on your bed while sleeping. I had a disturbed sleep whole night. Too much disturbance.
But may be higher floors could be good or other side room could be good. So pls ask for higher floors and not roadside rooms.
Parking is also available but on road open but its safe, they have security & directly visible from reception.
So concluding its a just fine if your budget is tight & if you want to stay just one night.

The Staff if very unprofessional, they change thier managers every month the reason is theyare unable to  handle this hotel.
Please avoid going at this location.
Instead opposite to this hotel there is Grand Imperio hotel go there its on the best .

The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had everything w needed. The staff was polite and helpful throughout. I especially enjoyed the food—it was tasty, fresh, and felt like home-cooked meals. Rooms are great, the neighborhood is bit tacky as it's feels like village. All roads are muddy and there is huge issue with network like if your inside room you hardly get single 4G bar.

Had a wonderful stay at FabHotel Rising Surya, Marunji Road. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. It's a great place for both solo travelers and families – safe, peaceful, and comfortable.
