I've been staying at Shree PG for the past 1.5 years, and my experience has been exceptional. The overall service consistently exceeds expectations, making it a highly comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

I've been staying here for the past 5 months, and I can say this is the best PG in the area. The food is great, the premises are cleaned daily, there's reliable power backup, and the property feels very safe. The owner is friendly, and manager Sachin is always helpful and goes out of his way to assist with anything. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. ❤️🏡

I stayed at Shree PG accommodation in Pune, and it was an amazing experience. The vibe of the place is great, making it feel like a home away from home. The manager, Sachin, is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any concerns. The environment is very safe, making it one of the best places to stay in Pune. Highly recommend it!!❤️❤️

### Pros
- The room is big and has good air flow.
- Bed quality is good.
- Each room has an attached balcony.
- Food quality is okay.

### Cons
- For a 2-sharing room, you only get one large bed (this may depend on personal preference for separate beds).
- The maintenance and service are awful.
- The cleaning of the room and bathroom is ineffective.
- The room is filled with dust, which is everywhere.
- Often, the tap water is yellow.
- The caretaker, Sachin, is not responsible at all. Whenever he gets a complaint, he says he will fix it but does nothing and comes up with a stupid excuse.
- The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, and even after several complaints, it was never repaired.
- The bucket provided had holes. After complaining, they gave another bucket with more holes.
- They don't turn on the generator after a power cut, which can last around 3 hours. The caretaker, Sachin, doesn't even answer his phone and is unavailable during the night. I spent an entire summer night without a fan. The next day, when I complained, he gave a nonsense excuse and said he would provide an inverter line for my room, but he did nothing. The same thing happened a few days later.
- The dinner timing is 8 PM to 10 PM. Once, I went for dinner at 9:50 PM, and there was no food. After asking, they said they wouldn't make any more food that day because there was food wastage. However, there were days when food was available until 10:30 PM.
- They have a common refrigerator where you can keep food/water. Once, I kept a chocolate in there, and someone else took it. After complaining to Sachin, he said he would see what happened, but as always, he did nothing.
- If you start paying rent from mid-month, you have to keep your pay cycle as it is. So, if you want to move to a different PG at the start of the month, your rent for that pay cycle will include some wasted days.

The PG is well located and the rooms are decent and they also provide the food service which is option. It has all the amenities that you look out in a PG that being Washing Machine, Activity area, Shops near by,. It’s room has TV and AC with AC being optional. Food quality is also decent. The only drawback that I can point out is that it does not have power backup which can be frustrating sometimes but otherwise it’s good.

Pros : 1. The bed is the only thing which is good about this PG
Cons :
1. You will find the worst Service from this PG.
2. The caretaker thinks he is the owner of the PG.
3. The owner also has the same behaviour and will never return the deposit and make excuses to return the deposit so that you forgot or leave without taking it.
4. They count the month as 28 days and they will not let you know this.
5. Worst behaviour worst service.
6. Locks the main gate everyday with a different passcode and asks everyday for the passcode to that caretaker.
7. Will not let ur friends come to PG and ask you questions every time he sees someone coming with you or in your room that when he will leave.
8. Wont let any of ur friends park the vehicle outside the PG.
9. They ask too many questions and when you ask them questions they won't answer.
10. Every month whether your date of rent is over or not from 1st he will keep on texting you to pay the rent and will force you to pay rent before time and it happens every month. They wont give 1 day extra but they will try to take rent 1 week before.

In short Don't choose this PG.

The PG is superb the rooms are spacious the food quality is great and find their service very comfortable you can definitely try it out i am stating here from last 1 yr and find this pg way more better than other ones in my area

Stayed there for almost a year. It was a great experience. The owners give really good service. If you go and tell them about any problem they really try to solve it.

It is the best PG in Laxmi Chowk. 🎉

Care taker of this PG is very arrogant. I visited my friend and care taker named Sachin released bike's air and proudly acknowledge that he did it intentionally. When confronted he threatened to fight.

Behaviour of the PG owner is very poor. Food is also not good. I stayed for a month. And one more thing if they promised anything take it on written. They have a habit of denying everything.

Excellent place to stay with all amenities available round the clock with friendly staff specially the manager Sachin is very helpful

Nice place to stay. They maintain good hygiene throughout the pg and food is also decent as compared to other PGs in nearby area.
