This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car showroom. They called me themselves regarding a resale car, I immediately visited the same day and clearly confirmed my interest in buying it. The salesperson assured me that we would complete the payment the next day. However, the next day they stopped answering my calls, and when I personally visited the showroom, they casually told me the car had already been sold. On top of that, their response was extremely rude — they said, “Do whatever you want, I don’t care.” This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It feels like customers are misled just to attract footfall without any commitment or transparency. I strongly suggest people avoid visiting or buying a car from this showroom as the service is unreliable and highly disappointing.

Fantastic test drive and support from staff regarding vehicle information

Sales service is not customer friendly. sales related Staff is not dedicated and incomplete information about detailed cost concerned is given to customer. They hurry up to get car booked by hook or crook. Then, once customer is trapped, they do not fulfil whatever promised to customer. I take back my booking refund which will reach bank after at least  10 days. Harrashment & harrashnent only. Very negligent attitude.
I paid Rs. 11000/- as a booking amount. They engaged me for 1 month for nothing. They didnot fulfil their commitment i.e. my choice colour as they promised to do so @time of booking. Then I was told that my choice colour is not availabe stating that my full booking amount would be refunded. but they refunded 10000 deducting 1000/- .Because, cancellation was by their side & not mine. They should pay full booking plus 1000 Rs. as penalty on them.

Regret purchasing a vehicle from here. Dealer is charging extra money in thousands wherever possible. For insurance they are offering 34k insurance which is available at 23 k from all reputed insurance companies. Still it's hard to do insurance from customer end.
For registration they are charging 12 to 15 thousands in extra from invoice amount as a service charges which is against the law. I checked with other brand dealers where no extra money is charges for registration.
For fastag they charge 825 rs and balance amount is below 100. Why we should give 725 rs as fastag service charges.
The thing is as a customer we believe we are purchasing a new car and asking such silly questions ruins our value, and dealers are exploiting such attitude of ours.

Now am very much worried how I can trust their service department.
Even my triber got breakdown in 8th day..
Value wise the vehicle is really good. But not happy with the purchase experience.
Hoping the things will change gradually.
