Samsung Experience Store MG Road

I visited this Samsung-authorized outlet at Aurora Towers, MG Road, Camp, Pune (Shop No 4). I expected professional support for a handset under warranty, but was instead met with unhelpful and discourteous service. The attendant, Ms. Bushra, spoke in a rude tone and firmly said that if my device is under warranty I *must* submit it and that the part could take **15 days to 1 month** for replacement.

> • Clear communication around warranty service and turnaround time was missing — I felt I wasn’t treated as a valued customer.
> • It undercuts confidence in brand support when the local outlet gives such an experience.

> I hope Samsung takes note of the behaviour at this outlet, since brand reputation suffers when authorised outlets don’t deliver the standard service one expects.

> In short: the outlet is convenient in location, but the service I received was poor. I will think twice before revisiting.

Staff is not coordinating when customer is there for some work

Extremely Disappointed with This Samsung Authorized Service Center

I visited this center for a battery issue on my Galaxy S21 FE. Instead of checking the actual battery condition, they simply suggested a software update as the fix — and then charged me ₹350 for it!

To make things worse, they didn't even provide a bill for the payment. This raises serious doubts about transparency and professionalism. For reference, other authorized Samsung centers charge ₹177 for the same service. So why is this center overcharging customers and skipping proper billing?

This is not how an authorized service center should operate. It honestly feels like they’re misleading customers and exploiting trust.

Not recommended at all.

The shop salesman was not even attending , he was busy in some other work , I would have baiught my phone from the same shop but unfortunately they lost one client … too much attitude … we were not for window shopping … we were actual buyers … so do not show attitude anymore …. I think nobody was interested in selling the phone . Need to check its authenticity shop or not ?

Very Bad service, Not attending customers properly. I called sales peron twise, but he not evern come for taking.

Went for unlocking the galaxy F05phone in this store . They unlocked and rest with factory settings. Service charges of Rs350/- was paid But they didn't give me the bill. I called customer care and told them the complaint . Got a bill of Rs.236/- in message. And told me that refund will be given In t wo days. Tried to charge me extra money without bill

I purchased a Samgung S9 FE tab from them. They were least interested in informing us about the product. Also they valued my phone for 2200 for exchange offer and after 5mins I they changed the price to 1500 for no reason. Totally unprofessional and rude.

Great service and wide range of Samsung  phone models. Even the technical and repairing assistance here is perfect.

I had given my phone for repairs as it wasn't charging, they kept the phone saying will have to other for charging port as it's out of stock and will deliver in 2 days time, I kept chasing them for 3 weeks that just had one answer stock is unavailable. Also post collecting the phone the quality of camera has degraded and phone was quite slow. Finally when I decided to take the phone back they arranged for the port and charged 3k for service. Within 1 month started facing similar issue and due to lockdown wasn't able to go to store. Now when I visited they said battery is swollen and warranty is over will need to replace cost 2k. The staff here too are quite arrogant and do not have complete knowledge.
A big NO for this centre.

The Samsung Mobile Service Centre is excellent. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and they were able to fix my phone very quickly. The service is very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a phone repair.

I have terrible experience with this shop. I had bought S21 ultra 5g from this store one month back, in accordance to the policy I was suppose to receive a Samsung watch within a week after applying for the offer it's been a month now and they are still telling the watch is not available they even made me keep the phone at the store after the purchase for sole purpose of opting the offer. I live one hour away from the store and had to travel quite few times for the same reason. The shop has terrible service, and show zero remorse for the delay. This kind of service is completely not understandable after spending such huge amount to purchase the product.

Purchased 2 Entry Level Phones for basic use. Was suggested to go for the Galaxy A03S by the store which was apparently the latest device in Mid August 2021. Balu at the store helped with the purchase as well as helping to transfer data from old phone to the new one which needed time and patience as old phone was not in good condition.
Balu helped complete the process patiently and I appreciate his customer handling skills.
Overall good experience.. 👍

Excellent, fast service. I got my phone repaired in spite of extensive damage to the back panel and screen.

Most ridiculous service center, gave the mobile phone in active condition just to repair charging slot, later got feedback the motherboard is not working. When the price was not affordable for motherboard thought of getting the phone back but got in unused condition and it's still with that ridiculous service center. Also the service center stinks a lot with bad smell. DONT GO THIS PLACE!

Worst service till date, no manners to talk. Don't come here , money waste & very rude persons
