Called to get a quote and they asked to send over the designs. Sent over the designs and didnt get a response for a good 4-5 hours. So called back and was rudely told that they were travelling and they'll get back tomorrow. 2 days pass, no response, infact no response till date. So called the other number, they apologized and asked for screenshots of the experience and guaranteed that they will call back. 1 week later still no response

The products are very expensive compared to the quality. The customer support is also very shabby. Hence I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with The Flag Company.

I wanted to place an order for 1 flag. They were charging ₹300 for courier from Mumbai to Pune and when said that I will get it picked up using own courier, they asked me to get it done locally in Pune. Address is google says Pune but they are actually located in Mumbai. False information. Do NOT go with this company.
