I recently purchased a washing machine from Reliance Digital, and I would like to share my feedback regarding the salesperson who assisted me.

The salesperson was polite, attentive, and knowledgeable about the product range. They clearly explained the features, benefits, and differences between models, which helped me make an informed decision. Their professional approach and patience in answering my queries gave me confidence in my purchase.

I appreciate the salesperson’s focus on understanding my requirements and suggesting the right product without being pushy. Overall, it was a smooth and positive buying experience, and I am satisfied with the service provided

Not satisfied with the sales procedure. Poor management and lack of proper coordination. The overall experience was disappointing.

On 4 January 2026, I visited the Reliance Digital store at Moshi to purchase a Bluetooth neckband headset. The price displayed on the product label was Rs. 799, and based on this price, I decided to buy the product.
However, at the billing counter, I was informed that the payable amount was Rs. 1099, which is significantly higher than the price shown on the product. I immediately raised this concern with the store executive, Mr. Suresh Patil, but despite clearly showing the price label of Rs. 799, I was still asked to pay Rs. 1099.
This kind of price mismatch is highly misleading and unacceptable. Displaying a lower price on the product and charging a higher price at billing is unfair to customers and reflects very poor service standards.
Reliance Digital is a reputed brand, and such practices damage customer trust. I request you to look into this issue seriously and take necessary action to ensure transparent and fair pricing at your stores.
Please think twice before visit this store coz prices were increased at time of buying product.

I visited your Jio Reliance Mart and was highly disappointed with the service. The staff, including the Bajaj Finance representative, failed to provide proper information, behaved unprofessionally, and wasted my valuable time. Such negligence reflects poorly on the brand and leaves customers dissatisfied.

I request you to take strict action and ensure better service and proper guidance for customers in the future

We purchased a washing machine from here,  Manoj from the washing machine staff advised us on the best quality machine with detailed information on the washing process of all brands.
The billing staff at the washing machine department is also sincerely helpful and friendly. Abhijit from the staff is very polite who done our billing.
