Very Poor Experience!
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. It took far too long just to purchase 3 pants and 2 shirts: the billing process was slower than expected, with completely unmanaged queues and unprofessional staff. After waiting for so long without any help or organization, I eventually had to leave my cart in the store and walk out.
A total waste of time: definitely the worst shopping experience I’ve had.

Newly opened outlet in Moshi for branded/non branded garments. The store is big enough for shopping having two separate floors for male and female section. A big parking space is available for all vehicles.

The biggest problem is most of the common size clothes are always out of the stock. Even employees are not helpful to solve your issues if any.

The air conditioner is just a big Joke. It's installed only to show they have it. You will cover in full sweat within 5 min of entering this place in winter season.

Overall it feels like you are shopping in cheap D-MART.

Just few cloths since its inception and very limited choice. On top of that billing counter always having some or the other issues. Near by local stores are bit costly but are bettter

Worst Reliance trends. They denied to take billing at this counter and asked to go down. Very worst as this ground floor counter was having long queue and above counter was empty.

Staff is worst and not helpful at all. I had a 3 months baby with me as my wife was in trial room. She wanted a different size for a dress, and I went to get it. It was difficult for me to take the dress out from the hanger because of the baby, so politely asked one staff to get me that, there were two staffs, both ignored and moved from there.

Worst staff ever... Though store is great.

The quality of the cloth is very poor The team doesn't sort. They don't answer even after completing. Don't shop at this store.

I had the worst shop experience ever. The staff was incredibly rude her name is bhakti , and to top it off, they are not helping  me for exchanging items. Definitely won't be returning.  suggest others to do not come here

Request every buddy no to buy anything from this out let . Maneger to arrogant, in there outlet no were mention term exchange after 24 hr once purchase. Exchange with in campus after bill 30 minutes time span. I have questions with manegement how they higher such bad manner girl as a maneger position.

Sales counter person behaviour is not good. They are giving false information for selling. Also denied for individual billing. They don't know about the store rules and regulations.
Very very poor experience.

Kids,Mens,Women wears great collection available both Inhouse and other brands with reasonable prices and premium as well.
Best part is next to it you have reliance digital and back side reliance fresh so everything at same place.

Worst experience ever.
There is always payment server issue.
And they don't have any solution for it.
Staff is not trained,They don't know how to tackle this , and don't give you refund or purchased garments till there server issues resolved.

Lengthy process, no co oprative staff, messed product, staff is weasting a lot of time

Misguide on offers , very casual staff they don’t care of service for the customers.

Shop ambience is good and staff was very supportive overall shopping experience is very good recommend my friends also

Is 500 coupons not valid if i have pictures of coupons. Store employee saying they require it physically. Is it ??? They can scan picture qrcode right?
