Disappointed with After-Sales Service
I recently purchased a TV from Krishna Electronic Store, but I am extremely disappointed with their after-sales service. It’s been two days since the delivery, and no one has come for the installation, despite repeated follow-ups.
This kind of delay and lack of response is very unprofessional and frustrating, especially after spending a significant amount of money. Proper installation is part of the purchase service, and I expected better customer care.
I hope they take responsibility and improve their service in the future — but based on my experience, I would not recommend this store to others.

Very bad staff behavior. We purchased 8–10 products from this shop. They had promised to provide ₹1000 for our old machine, but when we visited the shop to claim it, the staff behaved as if they were doing us a favor or giving charity. Extremely disappointing experience."

One of the worst shop where people just talk of we are there for support.. all old stock, i purchased 3 product all product not worth of amount i paid vaccum cleaner not working since 15 days I tried all possible but did not get refund or exchange and they are least bothered and top of that raising voices.. pls don't buy anything I am thinking of formal complaint on this store. Fraud ppl
