Akshara Bakers

I recently tried the Dry Fruit Cake from Akshara Bakers, and it was absolutely delicious! The mix of dry fruits added a burst of flavor to every bite. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the slight hint of spice in the cake. It was not overpowering but added the perfect amount of heat to the sweetness.
