The process was smooth, although it required some waiting as they follow a token system and serve customers in order. After a week, I received a call informing me that my phone was ready for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not charge me anything—not even a single rupee—as this appears to be a global issue.
Mr. Sourabh Ghule, the representative I interacted with, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and was friendly throughout the process.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and had a very good experience.

I would like to sincerely thank Sourabh from the Viman Nagar branch for resolving my phone issue within just a minute — and that too completely free of cost. The problem was related to a SIM update, and he handled it with great efficiency and professionalism.

I truly appreciate his technical knowledge, promptness, and positive attitude. It’s rare to see such quick and genuine support these days.

In contrast, at the FC Road branch, I was advised to replace a part for ₹35,000, which felt unnecessary and extremely expensive.

I purchased a new iPhone 16 from the authorised Unicorn store at Viman Nagar, Pune. Unfortunately, the device turned out to be faulty. I reported the issue to the store immediately, but the staff refused to take any accountability for the defective unit they sold.
Despite buying from an authorised outlet and paying a premium, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. This raises serious concerns about the quality of devices being sold. My experience strongly suggests that Unicorn India may be selling faulty, refurbished, or compromised iPhones while passing them off as new.
This has been extremely disappointing and stressful after spending such a large amount. I would urge potential buyers to be very cautious before purchasing from this store.

Service Center, open from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (closed on Sundays), is generally reliable for repairs and assistance. However, as the only service center for Wagholi and Viman Nagar, it’s almost always crowded, which often leads to longer wait times.

One downside is the lack of clear pricing—fees aren’t listed on their catalog, making it hard to understand repair costs in advance. Also, parking can be challenging, especially for cars. There’s limited parking space, so finding a spot can be frustrating if you’re driving.

Overall, while the service is decent, better organization and transparency on pricing would improve the experience.
