One of the best fuel stations in Pimpri. The fuel quality is excellent and the staff is polite and helpful. They always ask about the Shell Fuel App, which shows good customer service. They also provide oil change and vehicle care services, which is very convenient. I really liked that near the air pump station, if no staff is available, they have displayed contact numbers for assistance. Overall, a very good and well-managed fuel station.

Worst petrol pump experience ever. Extremely rude and careless staff with zero respect for customers. Service is pathetic and feels completely unprofessional. I strongly doubt the honesty and quality here.
Avoid this place at all costs.

I used V Power petrol for my Petrol Vehicle from।this Pump, and could see immediate improvement in the Pick Up and performance of the Engine of my Car. If you are suffering  from E20 issue in your older car, give it a try.  Although, it is also E20, but far far better than similar grade petrol from other companies ...

I filled patrol for 150 however no raise in bar and when I checked I found no fuel was filled. I felt helpless to raise any concern as canr prove it .... I seems got cheated on this patrol pump.... Please be aware and avoid as much as possible...

The washroom is very clean and well-maintained. Everything is working perfectly, and I had a great experience

Quality and the quantity of the petrol is undoubtedly excellent.
"This is a technical statement" and not admiration.

Good food is available along with cold drinks coffee wafers car cleaning device is and creams also.

Soon it will become iconic place in Pimple Gurav.

I had a great experience over here, came with my 25 year old Daewoo Matiz and got it serviced within 30 minutes which included Oil, oil filter change and Air Filter. Very experienced service technicians, were able to service the car in no time considering the shortage of part availability (Oil filter, air filter) in the market.
Payment was hassle free they also added the points on the shell account.
Ample space available near the Air filling booth.

Staff saying we cnt redeem points then I m rejected automatically cut point why very rude staffs

24/7 open ( just 10min close at 11:55pm to 12:10am ) with quality fuel and top notch service. People around here are too generous and serves customers with very kind gestures. Free air provided too.
If you love your vehicle then shell fuel is bloodline of your vehicle.

They lie to you that engine is hot and loot you.
They charge for 5l for 3.5 l oil
They fool  you

I visited this petrol pump for fuel and asked for an air check afterward, but the staff refused, saying the person was not available and the compressor was under maintenance. It’s disappointing that such a basic service was denied right after fueling. Better service is expected.

The staff are good overall, but at night it sometimes feels like the work isn’t done properly. Also, for power petrol, it's compulsory to leave the bike, which feels like extra and unnecessary effort

They try to fool you and sell engine oil....never allow them check engine oil.

Not following the sequence of customers.
One who is waiting for his turn is asked to use another lane where vehicle is already there and allowing the customers who come later to use the empty lane.
Never experienced such kind of attitude  at any petrol pump.

Near by was shell petrol pump pimple gurav when I reached there the petrol pump is  closed

It is not 24hrs service. I came to petrol station at 3:14am but it is closed. Even though i called them no one is responding
