This computer service provided excellent, prompt, and professional repairs on my laptop, addressing the issue quickly and efficiently while clearly explaining the problem and solution .

My laptop battery used to last for 3-4 hours before giving at the this center for OS reset however since I have received the laptop the laptop needs to be continuously plugged in and battery backup is zero. It seems like good battery has been replaced with the old/faulty one. Be careful while giving the laptop for service.

I had a faulty battery in my hp laptop which I initially changed in Feb 2023 and seems was conned . Went today to this place after reading google reviews and got the genuine advice and replacement. Sharad is very polite and explained all the issues in detail.
Gave the laptop to replace the battery @ 10 30 and by 2 PM my laptop was ready . He even fixed the issue of my touchpad not working .

Avoid this place at any cost. My laptop was not booting so I took it to this place. They talked very freely when I first went there and gave the details of the problem and the charges I'll incur. After fixing the problem of starting the laptop, they asked me whether there was any problem with the laptop's keyboard. I have never ever faced any problem with its keyboard and the keyboard was perfectly fine when I handed over the laptop to them for repair. They damaged the keyboard to the extent that more than 50% keys now don't work! Upon asking, they gave some vague, non committal reason which didn't make any sense. And told me to replace it, which would have cost me another couple thousand rupees. I eventually took it to some other repair shop where I was told that there wasn't any reason for the keyboard to be damaged! Planet computers ruined my keyboard when it was perfectly fine to churn out more money from me. When I insisted Planet computers for a proper answer for the keyboard damage, the incharge there didn't even make eye contact and talked in whispers.
Beware! If you take your product there, be sure to receive it in more damaged condition than it already was!

The service is excellent , the product quality is good ,the condition is top notch ....bt they should extend there shop warranty thats the minus point of the servicer.

My HP notebook started to behave strangely and restart on its own. I took it to this service and now it's working just fine. If you need to fix your laptop, I highly recommend these people. They can repair it immediately.

Laptop was completely dead, but repaired like new and working superb now.
