Absolutely everything was perfect. The room was stunning, the service was amazing and brunch at the restaurant was delicious! The bar was lively and had an excellent wine selection along with some creative, seasonal, signature. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Pimpri-Chinchwad.

Very nice hotel in a very good location. We were driving from Gurgaon to Pune and we reached Pune at around 11 pm. The hotel had a small parking. Very good staff. Reasonable rates provided by oyo. We stayed there for 3 nights until i moved to my apartment in hinjewadi.

Rooms were clean, however the lift was not working and they didn't bother checking. Staff do not provide any help carrying the luggage up the stairs. The lobby (which is open towards road is very dusty and there are construction going on.
Be prepared to go out for food / dinner there is no option for lunch or dinner at the place.

Let me get started on the location. There is literally nothing around this place. You have to travel over 1.5 KM to find a place for satisfy your stomach, and quench your thirst. Now talking about the place itself, this place doesn't have the best of views or anything special about it. The overall ambience is just okay. But yes, the staff here is quite good. They are quick, and ever ready to help the customers.

Rooms are fine but the location of the hotel is great. It is right on the banks of main road. Saudagar is close. You can also get bus and rickshaw from here easily. Uber and ola too should not be any problem.

This is an affordable place to stay in pune. I booked rooms through Oyo. There is no restaurant in this property. Very limited parking space. It is located on main road which is a good thing. They arranged complimentary breakfast from some nearest food point. Rooms are medium in size and interiors were okay.

Rooms were Okay, but horrible experience with lift, they have back up but doesn't work for Lift, I had booked 10 rooms for marriage function nearby, my mom, wife and 2 year kid were in lift due to power outage they stuck in lift, they were screaming for help nobody shows up, it's was suffocating, luckily they were able to call driver who was nearby he came with help, everything took place for 15 - 20 minutes, you can imagine that. If they don't have back up for lift it's okay at least staff of this hotel should be alert, so overall only rooms, with no safety, restaurant

Service is not at all good here.. I was staying there for 2 days and there was no room service available. I had to ask for water and other stuffs that was supposed to be given by them without asking. Also with such a high cost there was not any breastfast included as falsely advertised in OYO rooms.

Quite a bit of check-in challenges! The Google map location for the hotel is wrong- Ola took us to a place near Dattatreya temple, about 3 km away....needed quite a few phone calls to get correct location and finally reach.... On arrival,  hotel refused to acknowledge the online payment we had made already... We had to pay again and talk to oyo to refund the earlier payment...

Average, seems to be sending me spam SMSes. No drinking water in room, TV remote had no batteries.. TV is there, but none of the channels work, it doesn't seem to have that recharge of the service provider. was in room for 10 mins and had to call reception 4 times, the service person came every time..

1) No seating at the reception
2) Accepts only cash/Gpay. Card NOT accepted
3) Not hygienic
4) Internal door without latches
5) Main door handles are broken
6) TV not functional
7) Set top box missing; had to place a request
8) Power outage in the morning
9) No food available for lunch or dinner. Need to order from outside since no restaurants available close by

The only positive is the helpful staff.

I do not what has changed. I had visited earlier... There is a sea change. I could see spit over walls... See the picture visited.
Location is very good. But this place needs a major shift in focus!! One star is also very very very high... Staff are ok. Location is the only reason I opted for. I checked out of hotel early in the morning.. As I could not sleep over dirty bed sheets. I felt as if regularly room was used for some kind of****** Activities.
Do not advice.
One star is for hot water provision

Giving 1 star .... Actually I want to give in minus star rating if there were. Worst hotel i stayed ever. I was in journey and booked this hotel to freshen up. The bathroom was uncleaned and literally yacks. Room was so dirty and used condoms was near the bed. I left hotel after an hr. I won't suggest to anyone ever.

We were on a road trip from Delhi to Goa and this has been the worst hotel stay ever. Not only was the staff behaviour inappropriate but the room condition was also below average. Broken dustbin, stains on bedsheets and blankets, pan stains in the elevator, dirty mug and bucket in the bathroom, electricity failure for two hours without ang backup, and the list goes on.

I would not recommend anybody to pick a stay at this hotel and rather find something decent in the city.

Hotel staff is so rude. They dont have any kind of manner.

Before going there, I called them for roo. And early checkin. They did not told anything about early checkin. After reaching they asked for early checkin charge.

Breakfast also they dont provide on time and they dont care about customer service.

They dont have there price listings also. Charges for room are charged arbitratory and very high.

They removed their listing from goibibo because of bad reviews given by customers.

Even lodge will be btter to stay at rather then getting insulted.

Who ever gave 5* Reviews are not genuine personalities or they dont know what is 5*. So illiterate people in this world who rate this hotel as 5*. I suggest them to pleass please visit Hyatt, Hilton or Merriott to taste the 5* service. No need to pay. Go - Visit and check the rooms and services they offer.

Beaware of this hotel. This is not at all safe. My cousins wallet,2 mobile phones and car was stollen from his room. Area captain is not responding to this issue. Hotel staff seems to be involved in this burglary as thief exactly knew in which room car keys are and where are CCTV camera located.
PLEASE AVOID BOOKING THIS HOTEL AND OYO ROOMS.

Not for family, it is a couples lodge. Dirty rooms where bed was not cleaned, it had many hair strands, remote and AC was not working, even the room dustbin was not emptied. I had booked a room through Agoda for family stay. There was a leakage in the bathroom geyser which sprayed water onto electric connection.
