Inordinate delay!! If the outlet knows they can't service the order in time, they should have not accepted the order in first place. Baati were not cooked properly. Outside was charred and inside was raw.

I visited Banarasi Chatkara and had some delicious 1 piece litti. It was very flavorful – the texture was perfectly crispy and the stuffing inside was flavourful. A great starting point for a hearty meal. Highly recommended!
