The staff service at the hotel was good and courteous. However, the property itself is in very poor condition, with old interiors, worn-out furniture, and broken granite flooring in some areas. The mattress was extremely hard—like sleeping on stone—making it impossible to rest comfortably even for an hour. While the staff were helpful, the overall stay experience was disappointing due to the outdated and poorly maintained rooms.

⭐ Unprofessional, Unhygienic & Zero Hospitality Standards – Not Recommended for Any Long-Term Stay

I stayed at Hotel Celebration Inn for my Project C215 work, expecting a reliable long-term stay from a hotel that claims to be 3-star. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

1. No 24/7 Hot Water + Rude Responses

The hotel does not provide hot water after 12 PM Whenever requested, the staff responded rudely, showing no understanding of customer needs or basic courtesy.

2. Extremely Unhygienic (Photos Attached)

They do not have proper flasks to serve hot beverages. Tea is served in a thin stainless-steel jug with an open beak, and the jug itself is dirty and unhygienic, with visible buildup around the handle and lid.
For a hotel claiming 3-star standards, this is unacceptable.

3. Cockroach Complaints Ignored

Despite multiple complaints about cockroaches, the staff responded in an abrupt and irresponsible manner, even joking that they “feed them for their livelihood.”

4. Worn-Out Mattress & No Room Change

The mattress was old and damaged. The staff did not consider providing an alternate room or replacement.

5. Disrespectful Towards Long-Term Guests

I clearly informed the hotel that my stay would be long-term (possibly up to six months). I also requested them to remind me when the bill reached ₹15,000, as I would make payment accordingly for longer stays.

However, the staff behaved rudely the moment the bill reached ₹10,000.
To avoid misunderstandings, I even offered to give a security cheque, which they refused in an unprofessional tone, saying they do not accept cheques.
Despite their behaviour, I still cleared all dues promptly.

7. Night-Shift Staff’s Abrupt Threat

When I expressed that I cannot vacate urgently, the night-shift staff at the reception behaved

The only advantage of this hotel is the location near my project site.
Everything else — hygiene, behaviour, professionalism, communication — is far below even basic standards.

Very good hotel its 3 mins away from Chinchwad railways station, and good staff but the only thing which is not awailable here is personal geyser at evry room they have common boiler and solar powered water heater rest the rooms are really good

Old construction, wooden material got damaged. No complementary tea break fast.But for the price range it is satisfied

Pathetic rooms have lot of cockroach, conveyed same to staff they are like we cant help it or change any room.
Ordered thali but the taste was not even average. Also poor quality food.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a complete nightmare. The AC didn’t work at all, making the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. When I informed the staff, they were unhelpful and did nothing to fix the issue. On top of that, the room was in terrible condition—unclean, poorly maintained, and not at all like the pictures shown online.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone. Avoid this place at all costs!

Avoid this hotel at all costs! My stay was a nightmare. The room and washroom were infested with pests and cockroaches. The lack of ventilation made the space feel suffocating. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Room are dirty. Not value for money. Don't book before visit

I booked room for 8 Mar 2025 and check out on 9 Mar 2025. Meanwhile the check out I forgot my gold ring in the room.
Hotel Staff fully co-operated to sear that gold ring given back to me and saff proven hotel honestly specially Reception..Thank you Hotel Staff and hearty once again tha to Reception Staff.

The rooms at Hotel Celebrations Inn were just okay, but the beds felt quite old, making the stay not particularly good nor bad.

One plus is that the hotel is conveniently located near a main junction, which made getting around easier. The buffet breakfast priced at ₹120 was probably the best part of the experience.

Overall, it's a mixed bag with some positives but quite a few areas for improvement.

Most pathetic experience ever. I booked ac room and they somehow modified the booking to non ac room. Also Hotel Staff searched me as I have stolen something drom hotel. I won't recommend anyone this Hotel.

There's no AC in most of the rooms! also rooms are not properly cleaned. they offer food service it is okay. views from windows are not good. but overall experience is fine

Okayish hotel. For less budget peeps this hotel might be the one. The service was good but the quality of rooms and all is not that great. For extra bed they donot have mattress type bed, rather they just have normal cotton stuffed bed and that too we have to sleep on the ground unlike some other hotels where they have a portable bed type structure on which u put mattress and the height aligns with the master bedroom.

There were cockroach and lizard in the room.
The AC was good and was cooling very fast as we had taken the Standard AC room.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this so-called "hotel," and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we stepped foot into the lobby, we were greeted with indifference by the staff. The receptionist seemed annoyed by our presence and showed no interest in providing any helpful information.

Despite making an early booking, they still managed to bungle our room reservation. We specifically requested a room with a view, but instead, we were stuck in a dingy corner overlooking a back alley filled with garbage. When we raised this concern, the staff had the audacity to argue with us, as if we were being unreasonable in expecting the room we booked and paid for!
To top it off, they claim laundry service is included, but then shamelessly tack on additional charges! It's a deceptive scam to rob unsuspecting guests.
This hotel has shown a complete lack of respect for its guests, and I will certainly never set foot in this place again. Save yourself the headache and avoid this nightmare of a hotel at all costs!

The rooms are not clean with cockroaches at the corners of the bathroom. Urgent pest control is required along with ceiling lights repairs since some were just hanging

One of the worst experience was nothing but staying here, rooms are not cleanliness no room maintenance, leakage in bathroom,no wifi connection total unworthy for the money i paid. Is there any option below 1star if it is i will give that. Worst hotel...total waste of money.....guest houses are far better than this...never recommend to anyone...

It's the worst choice we have ever done by selecting the hotel .The room has shown before paying the money in which the wall fixed AC was covered with curtain
Later when tried to switch on the AC we found that only AC frame was there and wn asked given cold reply that the room was shown before.
The building is not maintained and not hygiene at all. The room were stinking and the walls were cracked .Almost all rooms were vacant and wn asked to shift ,thy replied no rooms are free.Finally  we experienced the worst behavior from the staff as well.The have provided in the room on third floor and the staff used the lift for self use and neglected the customer.
We were in the midest of the location and had no other option and hence chosen the place to stay

Old type of rooms and interior, not much maintained, if you don't have any option then only go for it otherwise search good hotels, for family trips these rooms are not good, i think they don't have the option to renew it because of the crowded place. Very near to Chinchwad railway station.
