This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The place was extremely dirty with a foul smell throughout. The blankets were unclean, the bathroom was wet and unhygienic, and overall the room was very untidy. Doors were broken, paint was peeling off the walls, and the walls looked weird and poorly maintained. On top of this, the photos shown on the website and their page are completely fake and do not match the actual condition of the property at all. There was absolutely no sense of cleanliness or comfort. I would not recommend this stay to any humans

Recently few days back, I had booked entire bungalow of Isuite consisting of 5 room for all my guests  attending my function. Although the rooms are of different sizes, the bed size too differs yet  still making it spacious and peace at nature. However would like to point an embarassing moment on my part after spending so much for my guests comfortable stay was " The bedsheet were too dirty and looked as if it was not washed." Imagine a guests sharing this with you about their stay place made my broken in front of others...That's I felt shattered on my hospitality.

Absolutely horrible experience. The staff has a disgusting attitude and zero professionalism. The property is filthy and poorly maintained. The bathroom was extremely dirty with a horrible smell — so bad that we couldn’t even use it. This place is completely unacceptable and a total waste of money. Do not stay here

Don't go for positive reviews,
Very disappointed, worst experience, no doubt rooms is very spacious and bathroom also but maintanence is zero, no clean washroom, bedsheet with lots of stains, no mop and floor cleaning, lot's of dust, not worth for money. Even taps and jet pipe isn't working properly, not ac, fans and tv, staff doesn't care about service, they give lots of excuses for cleaning.
Don't go for this property.
You can take some good property in same budget with good service

My stay at Hotel ISuite was incredibly disappointing. The plumbing was a nightmare, with a leaking flush tank that constantly flooded the bathroom and made it unusable. On top of that, there was no room cleaning service throughout my stay, leaving the room dirty and uninviting.

The door to my room was jammed, and the key card often didn’t work, adding to the frustration. To make matters worse, some of the electrical sockets were falling out of the walls, which felt unsafe.

The overall lack of maintenance and care for basic amenities made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Feel cheated and dissapointed.
We booked two villas for a family wedding. While booking they will show you good rooms and promise good services. But in reality their promises were not delivered for the amount they charged us. Oyo rooms would have been better.
Some of our guest checked in to other hotels after looking at the condition of the rooms and washrooms.
Some guest faced a lot of plumbing issues, cleanliness zero. The rooms were not cleant bathrooms were dirty, services were not prompt and the attitude was "yaha pe ase hi Hota hai" .  The door locks do not close properly.
Few rooms were alright.
Please don't go on the pictures they are very misleading. Check all the rooms if you must. It was a sad experience for us as our guest faced a lot of inconvenience during the wedding. Will never recommend this place to anyone. The rooms are not at all maintained. They only want to mint money. Def not a luxury villa just a big villa.

Worst place to live their rooms are unclean, the staff is least bothered about the cleanliness and didn’t even bother to change the sheets or provide us with clean toilets. The washroom was unclean. Government washroom are in a better condition than this… paying so much was a waste of money.. the owner needs to take responsibility for it and nobody else should get scammed by looking at the fake photos uploaded.. WORST place to stay

Horrible experience... the Lock of main door was not operational, everytime we had to call the attendant to close / open the door while going out or coming in, the room was dirty, even the BUCKET in bathroom was some used discarded paint company drum, all the lights were not operational, the flush of Commode was damaged, all the taps were nearly rusted and the most HORRIBLE thing was the DRAINAGE of bathroom wherein it was totally choked and on the contrary the dirty drainage water (undernath) used to ooze out in bathroom making it IMPOSSIBLE to bath.

Some of our relatives in other rooms checked out after seeing the horrible condition in their rooms.

The luxurious looking rooms with warm colours that completely refreshes you are amazing. Cherry on the cake is it's budget friendly prices and competent staff. A must visit from my end.The place is quite decent and the staff ar amazing. The room are spacious and it is very good place with the price they are offering. They have verity of rooms to choose from with different price ranges.Very well maintained budget hotel. Last year In June, We booked this Hotel via Oyo. So I will rate accordingly as my experience with this place was not good at all. But now this place seems appealing as they opened restaurant in first row house.

Also now they have organises parties etc.

At that time the price was not that much high it was approx ₹1000/Night for one room & ₹300 for extra bedding.

Big rooms with sitting area outside every rooms and Biggest washrooms. No doubt the Rooms & Washrooms Everything was so big But not at all Clean.

Hygiene was the main issue for us. We asked for the clean bedsheet and pillow covers but all of the bedsheets they had was full of stains.

Smoking smell was in rooms. The green carpet where I am posing in the picture was so dirty and we told them to make it clean but still The cigarettes ash was there. We booked these rooms for our family and I guess at that time This Rooms were only used for one night stand.

The manager was very unprofessional.

Charged extra person that was a guest that stayed in the room for two hours. Ac does not work. Charging points around the room not working. Only 1 towel given for two paying guests. Poor service overall.

If you want to torture yourself come and stay at this place. Absolutely pathetic place for stay. Rooms have not been cleaned from years. Dengue and malaria mosquitoes roam around for free. You would rather sleep on road.  Complementary Stained bedsheets and smelly towels given for welcome. Not recommended at all.

Strictly Don't recommend !!!!!!

We faced issue , even though we booked hotel for 2 nights through OYO and later on arrival they said they dont have connection with OYO you have to pay
new payment amount or shift to other hotel.
Room floor was dirty it was not cleaned same as bathroom , bed sheet had stains room was stinking.
did not even provided the door mat.
not only us , there was other customer who had faced issue , they asked to book fresh even though they had booking confirmation from OYO.

The room looked great, that was the only good thing about the hotel. We were informed of certain guest policies and other such details at the time of booking. Besides giving and taking all the details, we were told to pay extra right before the date of check-in, this was asked for in cash as compared to the online booking. Anagha Mehta was the one who I co-ordinated with. Very unfriendly staff and she actually blamed me for the entire thing. I would never suggest it to anyone.

Good place in budget with spacies rooms and bathrooms. They have bery good car parking area. Instead of having 3 or 4 floor bulidng they having series of duplex which makes the hotel premises wonderful. Staff membees are polite and proactive.

Struggled to open and close the room door lock. It was not cleaned properly...bathroom was not clean and bad drainage system

Rooms are spacious but very poorly maintained. Service is pathetic. Food is very basic. Even for a cup of Tea u will have to wait till 10 am in d morning. There are various foods joints within a km outside d hotel so u might want to get it from there.
