• Domino's EGC can be used to purchase any Domino's product on Domino's India Mobile Apps/ Mobile Website (PWA)/Desktop Website.
• Domino's EGC are available for any denomination between INR 100 and INR 3000.
• Maximum one EGC can be used per order plus Domino's EGC cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Once the E-Gift card has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged.

I ordered an Onion Pizza, but instead I received a Plain Margherita Pizza. The estimated delivery time was 30 minutes, yet my order arrived over an hour late. Additionally, the ketchup that I ordered was missing. The pizza quality was also very disappointing and tasted poor. This was a frustrating experience due to the incorrect order, excessive delay, missing item, and poor food quality. I request a full refund or an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.
