I went there to replace my Pioneer Head unit. Since they are also the Authorised service centre ( in a different location nearby though) had earlier asked for a repair quote and was advised that it won't really help repairing it ( though issue was just about the volume button not functioning). So checked with them on several headunits and selected a Nippon 9Pro Ultra as it came with 360 camera as well.

I wanted to actually be present during the installation to check the quality of work but was advised to leave it and come back after a day since it will take time. Hence can't early comment on the quality of work. Though I can say no one bothered to ear the wiring from the mats and they were present all over when I went to get the delivery. Alao was told to come back again, since no one except the owner knew how to calibrate the 360 camera correctly and he would be available the next day.  On returning back to the workshop the next day, they took the car to a different location ( which has space for the calibration mats to be placed) and left me at the showroom. Asked that I wanted to check ans also be present to be explained the features,was then taken there. The calibration selected was just auto calibration and the edges of the mat were not selected presiely to fine-tune leading to have a fish eye view which does not instill confidence and actually renders useless when accessing blind spot. On checking videos on YouTube, I saw professionals who did a very through job of calibration. Will need to confirm with company if they have anyone good enough to help me.

Will grant a benefit of doubt to them since Nippon had launched this version just a month before and they were not exactly aware of the specs. In fact I made them aware that it contains wireless Apple carplay which the sales associates were totally blank about.
Also installed an LED headlamps (costing around Rs. 9000)  however it was way below expectation (even worse than my Philips halogen bulbs) and on subsequent visit was informed that the projector assembly will need to be changed. This if was known earlier wouldn't have opted for spending the huge amount.

One thing for sure they don't fleese you with unnecessary upsell and also have lots of authorised head units like Nippon, Hypersonic etc which are Chinese imports but atleast have a network in India to approach. Best would however be to go for Branded units like Pioneer, Alpine or Sony for piece of mind than Android headunits.

Even with the minor issues faced and the disappointment during my first visit - I surely wouldn't mind awailing their services again hoping for a better result then.

Today I fitted new Nexon seat covers. Service was excellent and quick.

I have been visiting Bhandari Auto since 2005. They have excellent car accessories  range and in affordable prices. This is my 4th vehicle I am fitting audio and electricals.  Just fantastic experience.

Very courteous staff. Good variety of latest car accessories are available. A lot of modifications can be done in the car without affecting the warranty of the vehicle. For new wagon R additional accessories I had bought it from this store. Seat covers,  floor lamination, Pioneer system with 4 speakers, door mattress,  Pent protection and many more stuff.

We got ppf and dashcam set up done from Bhandari auto agency JM Road. The service was good and also the pick up drop service was good.

Fantastic service and very good n reasonable advice...he treats your vehicle like his own n does the best . We had a Chevrolet spark and we were planning to junk it. When I came here they did a fantastic recovery n now the vehicle looks all new n not much money spent. Also they hv a great variety of great audio systems n seat covers

The staff is well behaved. I however found the price to be a hit on the higher end. They have a very good reputation in Pune. I went for seat cover of my kwid car which they did not have in stock. They said they could get one for me-not company made. It would take then 15 days to get it for me. The most interesting part however was the price they quoted- it was way higher than what Renault itself quoted and charged me.
