This Company is a  fraud, the viewers seeing this feedback please don't buy any product from them, They'll show you different quality products images & take advance payment after receiving advance payment they dispatch product with very cheap quality material.you can see in photos, first photo they shared before advance, second photo is of deliverd machine you can see different in can size also they taken amount for 25Liter can but it's actual capacity is 23L,
By any means if you want to cancel order they'll never give your payment return, once you paid them you will fall in trap either you have to buy cheap quality material or you have to lose your money.
The owners of this company are very unprofessional he has no manners about how to  talk with customers. Before receiving full payment he will talk very sweetly then he will not entertain you more.

This is not important from how many years you are doing the business, what kind of quality you are supplying  and how much really satisfied customers you have that is important.
From all the reviews we're not the first who gave negative feedback, hence no need to thanks for the essay you deserve and you got it from others also.
We are not using the trolley type machine for the first time, from last 5 years we are using trolley type machine of other brands that machine will never give us such trouble, excepting the rusting of the trolley.due to that we have decided to buy machine from you because you are supplying machine in SS trolley, but We don't know you have such a cheap quality of machines, After advance payment also I told your sales executive if you are unable to supply machines as per our requirement please cancel order and give us refund but she told us we can't  cancel order & not give you any refund.
you have suggest to buy us a tank type machine but we know our requirement very well, because we don't have any permanent construction and our place for milking is not fixed we need portable solution for milking, so we can't take that type of machine. For motor We accepted your recommendation and replaced it, for that also you have charged ₹2000 extra amount, still it doesn't work.
"And regarding the machine's price, you've charged too much based on the quality of the machine you provided." other brands are giving same machine at  ₹25000. so your particular range of product is fail so that is your problem not ours. other brands are giving same machine with good quality and it's running without any failure from last 5 years in our farm. It is our big mistake that we haven't seen your reviews and directly bought machines on the basis of recommendations.

When we requested service for our milking machine, they asked us to do a video call instead of providing proper support. The service is very poor and unprofessional. Worst customer support experience. Do not buy from this company.

Afreen maam is very good computer teacher and she is very kind with students I am thankful to have him as my computer

I bought alfatec milking machine 1 month earlier only nd I satarted facing problem .. found 1.rust in pulse machine nd it was not working properly .. they repaired nd the they handed me ...
2. Vaccum machine stopped working pully was blocked in 15 days after purchase
3. Motor also stopped working .. not repaired or replaced by them or provide any spare motor
Now about service & support
Worst support don't have appropriate answer or solution for the problem.
Can't even provide any spare motor until they repair the original one ..
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED U CAN BUY ANY LOCAL BRAND RATHER THAN THIS...

Fraud company, took Rs 20000 advance money, never delivered the machine and not returning my money since 2 years. The office lady says sir is out of country and he see's the message from top but chooses to not reply.

I had very bad experience dealing with these guys. Mr. Milind has taken 5000/- advance from me but not giving my order from last 2 month. It's like I am dealing with fraud people. Don't buy anything from here, no one here is interested doing business. Fraud ....

The machine is in warranty period whenever the service does not provided by the alfa tech india shivajinagar branch by giving some pre-servicing charges .
And the machine owner  try to contact with the senior's of company  then they were talking too loudly  with the farmer like ..Do what you want , we didn't provide service......

Very bad experience dealing with them. I bought cream separator. They delivered 1 month later against instant delivery. Very bad customer service. Selling products at very high cost. They show less price on indiamart & sell expensive later.

I visited to office on 20th July 2019 for official purpose. But the way the senior madam (seated on the chair in front of visitor couch) who treated to guest was unexpected, unprofessional and very rude.

The professionalism will be the one of the reason for the question, why indian organization will not grow as good to great and built to last..

I had ordered 60 litres capacity machine, they have sent 30 litres capacity and people are so reluctant that they're not responding at all.
Company Is fraud please do not order anything from them.

This company and people working here are fraud, dont buy or give advance money for the order, if you pay in advance then you will be fall in trap. They will not give you product. They even don't know a b c d for dairy product. Patetic service and quality.
