I recently purchased a new ASUS laptop from Notebook Hub, Tilak Road, Pune, and I must say the entire experience was absolutely exceptional. I recently visited Notebook Hub for buying a new laptop.  The service was excellent from start to finish.
The staff was very knowledgeable and patient. They helped me find exactly what I needed without pushing unnecessary products. The pricing was transparent and the service was quick.

On 13th Dec, My laptop has SSD issue, which I got replaced from notebuk hub, they replaced it and installed the OS Win11, which they showed me working and I took my laptop back to home.
Late evening, When i started working on it, the OS crashed completely, since I had win10, i installed that, which eventually also didn't worked and had to take laptop back to their shop on 14th Dec.

On 14dec, looking at win10 installed, their service person become completely arrogant, that you have tempered with our installation, if you want to fix it you need to pay again, then after my few request they reinstalled win11, on the condition that we won't entertain this free of charge and only accepting this once. In complete arrogance, They installed win11, which I validated for 40-50 mins, working fine there.

But when today 17dec, i again started the laptop at my home, it again got crashed.

Don't know what have they done to laptop that it's crashing again again.
Is the SSD they suggested to install not compatible with my laptop. If that's the case they could have told me or suggested better option.
I don't know if I shall again go there to face arrogance and charges there.
There charges are on higher side, and then arrogance...bad experience till now

All staff and mr vaibhav very polite and very supportive they had been done all process smoothly and with best price and best quality product.

Today I have formatted my laptop and cost taken 1000 rs where as other shops like kohinoor taking 500 rs.
I have not feel good as I have purchased my laptop from your shop but even as market rate standard charged little high.
Where as format work is good.

I was searching for a monitor which can support 2 laptops in one display. I have searched also 15 shops and all of them told me that there no such technology yet in the market however in Notebook Hub Tilak Road promptly searched the product online ( LG Ultra Wide Curved Monitor 34WR50QK) and ordered it from the LG for me. They have also gave me a single keyboard and mouse which works on this dual display setup( Logitech Mk850).
Staff is super friendly and supportive. Amzad literally showed me the setup connecting their own in shop laptops.
