Went to  TCS to repair my HP Envy 13 laptop because of some software issues at first. But it got resolved on its own. Mr. Yogesh told me that this could happen again because my laptop has no battery which was true because all this while it was working solely on the charger and that I should consider putting a battery. Did not force me. Did not charge me for the advice. Really polite, honest and genuine person. One week later I myself decided to go and put it. Charges are very reasonable. I was charged 2700/- for battery replacement. He also showed me that my laptop's foundation was broken and would need to be replaced in future. Again did not force me to get it done unlike other laptop services out there. Really professional and nice service. Definitely recommended.
