I have purchased a geaser of febar before a month a product is at my home from a month but still the installation is not done because of there poor service ,the communication is not so good ,they tell a timing for  installation 10 in the morning they come at 4 in the evening and after that they give a unusual excuses and doesn't install it .

I have purchased Faber Chimney , and my experience was awesome - they have assisted me remotely - person visited and suggested suitable options which was very helpful , installation took place as per schedule given.

Very good place for shopping kitchen appliances. They are having more varieties of kitchen appliances like cooktop kitchen chimney and ext. The owner is very polite and very good knowledgeable. She gives proper information about the product, whatever you ask. they provide quick delivery and price also good.

Phoenix has really good sales and service with excellent co-ordination for delivery & installation of the products. I bought  Elica's chimney from Phoenix Appliances. I got good service from their Technician during Covid 19 crisis. Moreover, Site visit was carried out to install my products ensuing all safety and hygiene.

We bought a kitchen chimney from Pheonix Kitchen Appliances. The team  is excellent in understanding your requirements and suggesting right chimneys for your kitchen. Vinayak helped us to choose right chimney and coordinated the whole process. Installation technician was also knowledgeable and installed chimney in a proper manner. The only part where we were left unsatisfied was the core cutting. The core cutting people did the job but they were unwilling to clean up the created mess. I would suggest you to find some other core cutting people instead of opting for the people suggested by pheonix team.

I was badly looking for a kitchen chimney and wanted an expert comment before buying one. Through google I found about Phoenix Kitchen Appliances and saw a huge positive reviews from customer. Sales team will make any commitment to sell there product, I bought Faber Chimney from Raju Rathore, who made promises that they provide life time free service and 1st deep clean is also free, after an year when contacted for service they said you need to pay 1100 for 1st deep clean.
Please think twice before falling for commitments of sales and marketing guys.
