Worst repair experience of laptop panel fabrication. Given laptop for Keypad panel alignment issue.However this service centre broke the panel at the time of repair and later denied to fix up which costed me entire panel replacement.

I am very much impressed by the professional and positive approach. I had interacted with over 12 odd service centers for rectification of problem in my Samsung MX-T70/XL tower speaker. Samsung service center recommended to change the mother board costing 7 K. Nobody was undertaking repairs. However, today, I have seen the miracle through K Point computer. Merely by investing 2 hours of time, the motherboard was repaired. Further, K point understands the genuine customers. I strongly recommend the K Point computer for chip level repairing beyond the customers expectations.
