We got out tiling, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, fabrication work done through him, and he has provided some very good workers here at the site to take care of all the tasks.

He was personally visiting the site every single day to oversee the work being done. Every issue that I highlighted, he personally looked into it. Every place where I needed some idea to implement something, he came up with multiple suggestions. He is very easily reachable anytime of the day, and he responds to every query in detail to your satisfaction.

The workers came almost every single day during the 3-4 months' period of renovation, and Ali has always been top of every ongoing item. There was coordination required with another furniture vendor as well, which was also smoothly done by him ensuring there are no conflicts on the site and nobody's schedule gets delayed.

And this is not the first time that I worked with him. 5-6 years back also I had engaged with him for a small tiling task, but his professionalism in handling even the smallest task had made me trust him with the entire house's renovation, and he has vindicated our decision with his commitment.

They did my living room makeover including helping me with furniture selection and all end to end furniture making for living room and bedroom. Very Good experience for giving the work to Ali. We did painting, electrical and other plumbing, repair work done with him. We were short of time and he did all the work within the short time frame and with quality. Painting was really done well. He can get all your work done. He has various people available with him. Costing wise we didn’t checked with others as we we were really short in time but work wise we are really satisfied with him. He is staying in same society in which we took the flat (Hermes heritage) so we had wonderful experience.

23rd September 2023 - I am an NRI and trusted Mr.Ali to do a renovation work of common bathroom in my flat in Pune. I got impressed with his professional talks and awarded him the work after meeting him in person in Pune. He informed that he is civil engineer and has been doing this work after completing his studies; I thought it would be nice to encourage educated young guys like him and awarded the contract when his quotation was the highest. However, I have now realized that he is cheat and does really poor-quality work and above all does not want to own it up. He will not pick up your phone, nor would reply to your messages. I trapped him when he was not replying by asking my relative in India to call him from his number, he immediately picked up the phone and when I came on the line, he started giving excuses. As a proof of poor-quality work, please see the photos attached, he did renovation of our bathroom and within few months I could see seepages on the walls; when complained, he would try to find out some excuses but won't own up the poor-quality work he has delivered. I have been forced to break the entire bathroom again and you can see in the pictures that he just used sand and bricks without cement to build the flooring and all the water got accumulated causing the seepage. Please learn from my experience and do not trust him.
