I am writing this review after around 75 days of usage.
If I have to be honest, the laptop itself is good. At this price point, it is difficult to get such a strong configuration. Amazon refurbished options may be similarly priced, but Omega Infotech has an edge because they allow you to physically check and feel the product before purchase.
However, the after-sales service is extremely poor. Whatever reputation Omega Infotech is building, it is getting damaged due to service issues.
My laptop faces a recurring problem where the battery suddenly drops from around 80 percent to 0 percent, 2–3 times a week. This issue is clearly visible in the battery report. Despite this, they insist on keeping the laptop for 3–4 days for observation. I do not understand what additional insight they gain in those days that a regular user does not already experience.
This service delay is the biggest pain point. If Omega Infotech improves turnaround time and provides report-based solutions, they can genuinely be one of the best options in this segment.

I purchased a used laptop from 🙏 *Omega Infotech*🙏 Chandan Nagar, Pune. You won't believe it, I only used it for two months & it stopped working. I went there (Omega Infotech ) and asked them, and they even didn't touch the laptop, he said contact computer repairing center, also I went where he suggested, and he told me laptop is not repairable motherboard issue, he suggested me to change motherboard😃,

Now tell me what I should do; I paid Rs-30,000 for two months of use.

I strongly advise everyone not to purchase a laptop from this store. People are quite rude.
You can search so many stores are there in pune. People are giving 6 months warranty for the used laptops. Omega giving 1 month warranty..

Do not purchase any laptop from this shop... they sell poor quality painted laptops. I purchased one and after one month of use laptop got automatically switched off multiple times, keyboard not working at all even TouchPad also not working and when I ask them, their behavior is very rude and mannersless, very silly people with zero knowledge off laptop repair, please don't purchase laptop from OMEGA INFOTECH 🙏

That shop is not very good. You should not buy there at all. They give completely wrong information when buying computers from this shop and give the wrong laptop to the customers. The battery backup is a little bit but it does not work.

I went to this repair center seeing all the good reviews but had a Bad experience. Gave phone for screen repair in afternoon and they said I would get back my phone by evening 6. Called them in the evening and he told to come by 9. Called before leaving an he again said to not come now but next day afternoon.  I needed my phone urgently so went and collected the phone at night itself.

Most of the reviews here are fake and kinda bought as there's a notice it in the shop saying "50 rupees off" if one gives a 5 star rating.

They sell worst quality laptop by repainting it... Just after two three month paint is chipping from laptop.
