I visited Reliance Digital at Nanded Phata today between 3:00 PM to 4:10 PM with the intention to purchase a soundbar. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience.

The sales executive named Dinesh was not able to explain the product features properly and gave vague or incorrect answers. When I asked about the model specifications, he seemed completely unaware. Even the pricing was inconsistent — yesterday I was quoted a different price, and today, when I came to purchase using a credit card, the price changed again without proper justification.

When I inquired about the manager, I was told he was out for lunch at 4:00 PM, which seems very unprofessional. The team leader present was also unable to give any proper response and simply said, “Prices change every day. We can’t help it,” which is not acceptable.

I feel my valuable time was wasted, and I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of professionalism. This is the reason I am leaving a negative review.

The store is spacious, well-organized and has ample parking right in front, which makes the visit super convenient. They offer a wide range of devices across all popular brands, so exploring options was really easy.

A special callout to Devendra from the mobile sales division - his service was absolutely top notch! He’s extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He guided me through all the options patiently and ensured I was fully satisfied before making a choice.

Highly recommend this store, especially if you’re looking for excellent customer service!

They offers some discounts on various brands however sometimes some items are out of stock.

Do not purchase AC from this store.
I recommend visiting the Erandwane store instead — the staff there are cooperative, polite, and truly listen to customers.

The prices here are higher compared to the Erandwane store. I purchased an LG AC from this store, and the installation was done by Reliance Digital. However, I was not informed about the installation charges beforehand. The LG AC installation charges turned out to be much higher than those for Daikin ACs. Moreover, the installation staff spoke rudely.

The maintenance manager, Mahesh, also lacks basic customer service manners. When I tried to explain my issue, he repeatedly interrupted me, saying “one minute... one minute,” and did not let me complete even a single sentence. Reliance Digital should at least train their managers on how to communicate respectfully with customers.

When comparing the overall cost — including installation — the Daikin AC price with installation is much more reasonable than the LG AC purchased from this store. So, going with a Daikin AC store is definitely a better and more value-for-money option.

I recently bought a water purifier from reliance digital dhayari and the whole experience has been very good and monali his good product knowledge.

The experience of buying electronics at Reliance Digital is really great.
The staff at the Reliance Digital store in Dhayri/Nanded city area are really cooperative.
Mr. Tanmay Kate is a knowledgeable and helpful person. He helped me understand the specifications of TCL TV and guided me a lot to buy a peoper television.
Vaishnavi Madam was also a cooperative person. She was very helpful. She helped me understand the bill/invoice properly.

Yesterday I talked to reliance digital store, the store people said come tomorrow at morning 10:30, they will finance iPhone and give it to you, I reached the store at 10:30, the store people told me to wait , I will do it now and give it to you, they spoiled my  2 hours but no finance person came, the service of Reliance Digital is very useless, customer's time is not important. 10:00 to 12:30.
