The rooms are decent, but the service is extremely disappointing. The staff’s behavior is very rigid and comes across as arrogant. They make it seem like they are doing guests a favor by providing a room, even though guests are paying for it.

Overall, I would not recommend this place. I suggest looking for better options elsewhere.

This should be your last consideration if you are planning to stay in hadapsar ,I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience, especially regarding basic amenities and staff behaviour. Despite MakeMyTrip clearly listing toiletries as an included amenity, the room was not stocked with even the most essential items such as soap, shampoo, or a dental kit. This is a basic expectation from any hotel, and failing to provide it reflects poor preparation before guest check-in.

When I approached the staff about the missing toiletries, the response was even more disappointing. The staff member was arrogant and uncooperative, and I had to request multiple times before he even acknowledged the issue. Instead of arranging the items immediately, he said he would get them the next morning from nearby shops. This is not the level of service or professionalism one expects, especially when the amenity is officially mentioned on the booking platform.

After a long day of travel, dealing with such avoidable inconvenience and attitude from staff was extremely frustrating.

Brilliant services , better location and also receptionist’s nature very good .. this hotel stay really made my trip.. no disturbances…. and peaceful environment and also night view from Terris also eye catching ✨❤️

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. At the time of checkout, the staff shamelessly demanded more money than what was already paid. When I refused to pay extra, instead of resolving the issue professionally, they resorted to using abusive language. To add insult to injury, they even told us not to come back again — as if any guest would ever want to return after such disgusting treatment.

This place has ZERO respect for its guests. Their attitude is not just unprofessional but downright insulting. If you value your dignity, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. There are plenty of better options in Pune — don’t waste your time or risk being humiliated at Comfort Inn, Hadapsar

With all due respect, your response here is completely misleading. At no point during booking or check-in was I informed about any “late checkout charges.” This was only brought up suddenly at the time of leaving, which is highly unprofessional.

More importantly, the behavior of your staff was absolutely unacceptable. Mr. Ankit Mishra not only argued in an arrogant tone but also used abusive language — all of which is recorded on your hotel cameras. One of your co-owners, Mr. Prithviraj Kuremala, was present and witnessed everything. Later, both of them personally called me multiple times to apologize and requested me not to post anything negative about your hotel.

So please do not try to mislead future customers by painting a false picture. The truth is: guests are disrespected here, charges are added last-minute, and basic hospitality is missing. People deserve to know what really happens at this property.

My experience at the Hotel Comfort Inn was excellent. The property is well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provide exceptional service. The complimentary breakfast offered a good selection, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

One of the Best hotel in Hadapsar for Stay.The rooms are ultra luxurious with modern theme. The Location is excellent as it's very Quiet and Peaceful. The Staff is very courteous and welcoming. They are always on toes for impeccable service.The Breakfast spread is also very tasty. 5 Star for Cleanliness and Maintenance. I Will surely recommend this hotel for any one looking for Stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Comfort Inn, Pune. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff is polite and helpful. Location is convenient and hygiene is well maintained. Truly a pleasant and comfortable experience—highly recommended!
