Really thankful to the Airtel Store, Pashan for finally resolving my issue.

After being stuck with a SIM ownership transfer problem for almost two months, it was Priyanka who actually took ownership of the case and followed up properly till it got resolved.

She was patient, polite and made sure the request was closed correctly instead of just giving excuses or pushing it aside. I truly appreciate her efforts and support during the final resolution.

Thank you Priyanka for handling the situation professionally and helping me get this sorted.
Because of her support, my experience has ended on a positive note.

I am writing to report a highly unprofessional experience at the Airtel Mini store in pashan-susroad on 11 Feb 2026.
I visited the store to initiate an MNP (Mobile Number Portability) from Jio to Airtel prepaid. Instead of processing my request, the representative repeatedly pressured me to take a postpaid connection and inquired about my Wi-Fi setup. Despite my clear refusal, she continued to push postpaid plans.
When I insisted on a prepaid SIM, she claimed she had no stock and that the process would take an unreasonable amount of time. It was clear that she was denying me service because I refused a postpaid plan. This 'forced upsell' tactic is unacceptable. I request you to look into this matter and ensure that customers are not denied basic services for refusing to upgrade to postpaid."
Very worst experience. Waste of time

Very quick & best service of staff.Very sincere & polite behaviour of staff and  given me all require information regarding my problem .

Useless store. When customer care was not able to help me I went to store to unsubscribe a service, her laptop was not working. She suggested me call customer care.
What an stupid. If I have to do the same then why should I visit the store.

It's supposed to be a communication service however you only communicate with chatbots and not humans. It doesn't have a option to speak with customer executive and the options do not meet all customers requirements. A pathetic experience to deal with Airtel.

Excellent service by Sumit with a broad smile. He quickly resolved the issue with the corrupt SIM and assured is of prompt resolution in case Amy issue cropped up.

This was a pleasant surprise after a bitter experience with another Airtel store who charged us service fee despite being a post paid service and made us use our hotspot for a job of 2 minutes - and did it all wrong l

On a break since more than 45 minutes. No care about customers time

The lady won't help. I physically went to the store because calling the airtel number wasn't helping and this lady insisted that I try the same number, instead looking into the issue or helping me out.

The staff at the Baner road store are much better! They actually care about their paying customers!

I am writing to this regarding the unresolved issue I have encountered at your Airtel Gallery. I had visited your outlet located at Pashan Sus Road on 17th May 2024 with the intent of changing the SIM card that is currently registered under a different name. However, I am disappointed to inform you that despite having the SIM card in my possession and explaining the situation to your staff, they refused to process the SIM card replacement.

The reason for changing the SIM card is due to it not being registered under my name, and unfortunately, I do not have the contact details of the person it is registered to. Despite providing this information to the staff at the Airtel Gallery, they were unable to assist me in resolving the issue. This lack of cooperation and understanding on their part has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided.

And the executive dint give me any solution for this also.

So I thing I have to change all my numbers From Airtel to other network.

Worst service.
No proper customer support. Rude .

Looked absolutely Fraud.
They are forcing customers to get postpaid cards.

Worst service I have ever experienced… I kindly request customers who want to upgrade their sim to Airtel please don’t do this … This ppl do no support in any of our queries .. behalf they just argue with us .. I request Airtel portal to guide your tele callers,  Train them accordingly and then Hire them.

They don't have sim card for porting and dad enquired about the range drop issue service engineer asked to restart mobile daily instade of giving any solution.

Extreme Delay in installing broadband ( fibre internet) and yet billing is from day of booking.
During break down, it takes a week for them to visit the location and then  ping pong between ofc team and inside connection team. You will have to hand hold both teams.  They have outsourced crtical field work to vendors. If you ask them why they came so late.. they say call was assigned today fm backend. Call center people are trained well to apologise only.
Instead of  spending wasteful marketing expenses . They should get s good customer service Head.. who actually manages network uptime at 99%.  Don't take Airtel broadband for mission critical work.

Small store with only one executive available for service , but consider even this service is quite good and fast.

I have discontinued Airtel service and am asking airtel to collect router through messages and calls but they keep me waiting whole day and don't collect the router.

Google map showing it open but when we reach and saw the shop was closed. This too irritating we travel 15 km to reach here. Such bad experience with googles updates. Completely false information provided by google map and vendor
