In my opinion, they are selling second-hand materials at a very high price. If you check the graphics card, the nivid GT 610, they are charging ₹1700. This card is very old—almost 10 to 15 years old—yet you still have to pay this amount. Meanwhile, other sellers are offering the same card for ₹800 or ₹1000. It is better to go for a newer version.Before going to the shop, please check prices everywhere and make a list first. Only then should you go to the shop; otherwise, in the overall calculation, they will sell second-hand materials to you at a very high price.

I entrusted the team with the intricate task of assembling a high-performance AMD-based workstation, and they executed the assignment with exceptional precision and technical finesse. Their meticulous attention to detail, profound expertise, and professional demeanor were evident throughout the entire process. The build quality exceeded my expectations, and the system performs flawlessly under demanding workloads. I wholeheartedly commend their craftsmanship and would not hesitate to recommend their services to discerning tech enthusiasts.

**⭐ 1 Star - Very Disappointed with My Experience**

I had a terrible experience after purchasing 8 to 10 HP i5 7th Gen desktop PCs (priced at ₹8,500 each with 1-year warranty). Out of the lot, 3 desktops arrived damaged. Initially, the seller blamed the courier for the damage, and I tried to be understanding. I even managed to get those broken PCs working on my own.

However, things got worse. After about 4–5 months, one PC's power supply failed. I sent it back for a replacement, bearing one-way courier charges of ₹250. When I received the PC back, the condition was unacceptable:

* The VGA port was broken
* The motherboard had been changed without informing me
* The front panel was completely damaged

Despite promising to bear the full return courier charges, they only paid part of it. When I shared pictures of the damages, they again blamed the courier — but clearly, this was not a shipping issue, it was poor handling and service on their end.

I even requested to speak with the owner to escalate the matter, but they refused to share any contact information. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

**Please be cautious — I would NOT recommend dealing with this seller.**
