It is the worst service ever. I have been getting an update about pick up every day for 3 days. Nobody has come. Been sitting at home for pick up. The delivery executives NEVER pick up the phone. They should be thrown out of the market. Very rude behaviour too !!!

I had a disappointing experience with this parcel company due to late delivery. The package was delivered much later than the promised date without any proper update or explanation. Customer support was not very helpful and failed to give a clear delivery timeline. Timely delivery is very important, and this delay caused inconvenience.

The delivery courier service is very bad. They do not deliver on time. It has been 8 days since my parcel reached my location, but they still haven’t delivered it. They never call, and none of their staff speak properly. I visited their 4 offices, but they kept saying the parcel is out for delivery and that I will receive it today, but I still haven’t received it.

Later, I got a call saying, “I have your parcel with me. I am 5 km away, this is not my area, so you will have to come and collect it.” After that, he switched off his phone. My parcel contained important medicines, but I did not receive them.

Every morning the status showed ‘Out for Delivery’ and in the evening it showed ‘Parcel not available for delivery’. Therefore, I request everyone not to use this delivery courier service. This is my sincere request.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Delivery boy will not call you and still update there status as customer is not available.
Ek dum ghatiya service hai...even I have reached to there customer service care they just saying your parcel will deliver today itself. Bakwas ghatiya ...worst service.

Extremely unprofessional delivery service. They falsely marked me as “not available” without calling even once, despite having both my primary and alternate contact numbers. No updates, no communication, and I had to follow up multiple times just to receive the package. The delivery team completely failed in their basic responsibility. Very poor experience and not acceptable at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with this delivery service. My parcel pickup was delayed,and despite multiple attempts, there was no response from customer care.The lack of communication and accountability makes this service unreliable. I would not recommend using them — it feels like a fraudulent service.

My important parcel was returned without making any attempt, any msg on WhatsApp or normal msg yet the app shows failed attempt at delivery. They have zero customer support, no option to directly contact agent or anyone.

If you have ordered anything for anywhere and the delivery partner is Delhivery cancel it on the spot, this guys will give you a miss call and then block your number. Then they'll take your parcel. Fraudster/ Robbers.

Worst service ever... Completely unprofessional.... Parcel delayed by 3 days and yet not received

Delay is the only thing guarranteed when it comes to delivery.Even if parcel has arrived at nearby delivery location, they will not proceed till promised date till night or deliver next day.Itis common for them to make customer not available excuse if delay is from their end. Dont understand why online platforms list them as service partners.

The delivery partner are arrogant and didn't left me the packet where is wanted but TOLD ME TO PICK IT US FROM NEARBY CHOWK that is bad. Customers pay you for home delivery why do you ask customer to come somewhere else.
I really wish I could give -1 stars but not that can't do.
You guys are becoming arrogant and if you don't want to serve us well better get out of this business.
The delivery person canceled the order herself and talked arrogantly with me, again if u guys don't want to serve us well you better not do it at all.

If there was 0 rating i would have given that instead of 1. Delayed delivery for heavier packages. No contact number to call. Even on delayed date the parcel is delivered at night. Full money zero commitment to time

Extremely poor services and staff behavior is too bad. Totally rubbish people. From last 7 days each day they call and say we forget your parcel at office will deliver tomorrow. But they didn't deliver after 1 week.

I had a frustrating experience with Delhivery Private Limited. The delivery took much longer than expected and there were no clear updates or communication throughout the process. I tried tracking the parcel and contacting customer support, but everything was confusing and unhelpful. The delivery status kept changing without real attempts being made, and when the delivery partner did show up, the behavior was unprofessional. Overall it felt like poor coordination and lack of responsibility from start to finish.

Unreliable and Extremely Frustrating
Delhivery has delayed my package again and again. It was supposed to arrive on 25 Nov, then suddenly changed to 26, then 27, and now 2 Dec. This is urgent medicine, not a random product. Their delivery timelines are completely unreliable and unacceptable. Terrible experience.

Worst courier services ever. Without delivering the parcels they directly cancelled the delivery by mentioning address not found also no one present at location even we tried to call mutiple time I’m taking about the Delhivery courier services in Datta Nagar katraj. The delivery Agent name is Ganesh Surke. I have communicated with him over phone but still he didn’t delivered the phone and canceled the order which is important for me.There’s no option to give negative stars otherwise I would give this delivery services -5 stars and they not even care about your parcel it paid or without paid. They must take action about that delivery guy.

Pathetic service. I sent my package on 21st September when estimated date of delivery was 25th September.  It's been more than a week and still my parcel has not yet moved from the delhivery facility from more than a week. No human customer care number. No delivery status when exactly it will be delivered. Worst service.

Very pathetic service and non responsive team, Thay have my parcel reached at nearest warehouse and they literally fool everyday with faking out of delivery status and ends up postponing the same to next day for a WEEK.
Delivery patterns number provided is a joke just to harass customer by not picking it up

This is by far the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. There are no proper contact details to reach you, no calls received, and my order has already been delayed by 11 days. I’m still waiting for it to be delivered, and I’m extremely frustrated

I also reached out through the app’s help section, but the support team has not given me any response. This kind of service is very frustrating and unacceptable. I request the support team to please look into this issue urgently and provide me with a proper solution as soon as possible.
