I had an amazing experience at Spring Hills Holiday Resort. The stay was budget friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. The staff were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and affordable getaway!

We had been there to attend a wedding.  The place is very good and clean. We had good customer service as well. We had room key card problem more than twice actually. The reception people were very patient and polite each time. They have a poolside bar great to chill in the evening. Their breakfast Buffett is also good.

Excellent service I received. Special thanks to Mr. Santosh , who managed my vacation very nicely and cost effectively.

The most bogus resort I have seen ever. I came here through dial an exchange. I am surprised to see that DAE makes.such type of tie ups, no hot water, no staff, no food taste. The most third class people. In addition its in a village, very far from lavasa. People can take advantage of lavasa sceenary by booking there only, bogus staff!

Spring Hills Holiday Resort is a big fraud company.I was offered with there membership for Rs 22000/- which they said is refundable if not satisfied. I had planned for trip to shirdi, the only options they offered was very costly I would have paid more than what i actually spent inspite of membership. Now when I am asking for refund they are saying it is non refundable and the sales person never gets on the phone. People be aware of there FRAUD MEMBERSHIP PROPOSAL i am struggling after losing my money.

Dear Sir / Madam, I have been to Spring Hills Holiday Resort office in Pune and attended the session on their holiday package. They informed me that this holiday package can be canceled. After this I agreed to pay and opt for the package. Then they swiped my citi bank card for 12000/-. Later when I saw the agreement it was clearly mentioned that "Package could not be canceled or transferred or refund is not possible". When I read this statement I did not sign the agreement and asked for the refund. I am consistently following up with Mumabi office however I am getting very cold response from them. Person other end informed me that "Once the cheque is ready she will call me and inform me". I am listening this statement from past 2 months now. I am afraid that I will be losing out my Rs. 12000. I request you to guide me or help in order get the refund done. 

A very Nice resort to stay. I had visited this resort thrice till now !!! The ambiance is very nice with Swimming Pool & discotheque. Also one can visit LAVASA as its hardly half hour Drive from here.

I was there at the resort with my family, it is an intimate place to be there with family. We had a residential conference in the same resort on the same day. I have decided that I should bring my family here. My kids and my wife enjoyed to the core. Thanks to all the staff
