Visited Hotel Torna Vihar during our trip to Torna Fort — just about a 1.5-hour drive from Pune. The food here was really good, with above-average taste and freshly served hot. We tried the chicken thali, which had a mild yet satisfying flavor. The owner was extremely welcoming and made sure we were comfortable throughout.

One big plus is the ample car parking space, which made the stop hassle-free. If you're heading to Torna Fort, definitely make a pit stop at this restaurant — highly recommended for a quick, hearty meal! 😍

Good restaurant for meals and breakfast. It has many varirties as other normal hotels that have like in veg & non-veg foods. Hotel is big enough to occupy 50 people or more at the same time. Time required to get food on your table is 15-20 minutes which is normal. The hotel is open to the environment with shades at over you. Overall above average hotel.

We stayed here for a night yesterday and it was a nice stay. We were 5 friends, went for Torna Trek, were given a big room with 4 beds and one extra mattress. Room was clean. Room had an Indian style toilet, which was clean. No issues with water supply.

We asked for early morning breakfast at 6AM, which was made on time. Poha was yummy and tea was perfect.  After the trek, We decided to have lunch here itself. We went for Veg Thali which was ultimate. 5 veggies, Dal, Bhakri, Rice, Dahi kadi, Gulab Jamun. Every item was tasty and fresh. We had amazing lunch after a wonderful trek.

Owner is very helpful and cooperative. I would definitely recommend this place if you are planning to visit Torna Fort.

Good restaurant for meals and breakfast..Refreshing breakfast before the trek..many varirties as other normal hotels that have like in veg & non-veg foods.Offers simple lodgings also..Time required to get food on your table is 15-20 minutes..Reasonably okay restaurant... 6 people ate for rs 900 only.. Go for maharastrian chicken thali after trek... chicken thali was simply super in taste. chapti, chicken, rassa ere too good. omlet was even better. tea was nice. rice served in thali was nice. veg thali had 2 sabji which were so tasty.. hospitality of staff was too good. owner of hotel was so good with customers. i suggest must have food at this place. u can also try chapati and tea.

Their misal and sabudana kichadi is amazing. Torna Vihar is a sure stop before heading to the Torna fort for an amazing trek. The owner is welcoming and down to earth person. If you looking for authentic home-made food, you should definitely try. Parking might be an issue during weekends, but it worth visiting.

The owner is a very friendly and kind person I met.

Excellent place for non veg at Velhe. Good chicken thali with jowar bhakari. They serve it hot off the tava. The indrayani rice goes very well with the curry. Unfortunately no washroom.

This place is just at the right spot once you are coming back from the Torna trek. We had a chicken a mutton and veg unlimited thalis. All were great, test is good and owner and staff is cooperative.

Veg thali has aroud 2 3 vegetable options and all serverd plenty along with chapati/bhakri.

Nonveg unlimited thali also has one plate fry pieces along with greavy and bhakri /chapati with rice.

Overall good service and food quality justifying the menu price.

Brilliant place where Hemant was very welcoming and served us with a hearty mutton thali meal. One has to try the mutton here which is prepared in the assal rustic local flavor. Bhakri goes hand in hand with the sukka mutton and the indrayani rice has to be had with the mutton rassa to finish your meal. Will definitely come here often.
