I recently tried out The Kitchen Counter and was blown away by their delicious sushi and Japanese cuisine offerings. I have to specifically mention the Sabudana Vada with Dahi - it was simply amazing. The crunchiness of the sabudana paired with the creaminess of the dahi was a flavor explosion in my mouth. The sushi was also top-notch in terms of quality and freshness. I couldn't help but share my experience on social media too. I highly recommend trying out The Kitchen Counter
