Worst service...

Purchased rear Michelin tyre of 5 years warranty and the tyre got bubble after 1 and half year. The owner Hitesh Siddhart refuse to replace it...rather than having proper under warranty...

Compalint Date - 13/07/2025

I am not even using my Vehicle...using it only 5 to 10 kms per week...( Am already having 3 vehicles).

Big Scam... does not fulfill customer need.
They don't even deserve 1 star rating.

We loved the experience from carzone. We shortlisted 3cars and took multiple amount of time to test drive multiple times asking doubts and deciding and their team helped us every time. They provided every detail and cleared all doubt.
We booked the car and picked up the next day itself as we did not wanted home delivery. The car was washed and cleaned properly.
