Visited FirstCry store in Aundh recently and had a wonderful shopping experience. Sneha assisted me throughout the visit and she was extremely helpful, patient, and well-informed about the products and ongoing discounts.

She genuinely put effort into helping me choose the right items and ensured I got the best available offers. The entire billing process was smooth and transparent because of her guidance.

Really appreciate her support and positive attitude. Because of Sneha, the experience was comfortable and hassle-free. Highly recommended store for great customer service!

visited there store in Aundh recently and had a pretty good experience overall. The salesgirl was really helpful and guided us through selecting the best product for our needs, which was much appreciated. I ended up purchasing one item after getting her advice.

However, I didn’t find any great deals in-store. While a few products did have some discounts, I noticed that the same items were available on their website with much larger discounts. So, if you're okay with checking the product in person and then buying it online, that's probably a better option for finding a good deal.

One thing to note is that parking can be a bit of a challenge. The parking space is limited for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers,

Firstcry aundh store is one of the best and affordable stores for kids and infant wear. Sahil helped us find exactly what we wanted. This store has a variety and prices are very reasonable compared to other stores around. Overall happy to be here

The Aundh store is quite professional and customer friendly. Staff is very good. Fatima was very patient with our requirement and she helped her make the right choices. We are happy to go here and do the purchase. Baner outlet was disappointing but if u live nearby please prefer the Aundh outlet. Options and staff both are better and customers friendly.

entered the store hoping to get a good deal for a gift for my nephew, since they also had upto 70% on all products as mentioned on the advertisements outside the store. to my surprise no product was on 70%, they had maximum discount till 50%, and when i asked the staff if there were any clothes on discount, he said that the store never keeps clothes on discount, you will only find discounts on the websites for clothes. although the store did have some toys and furniture on discount.
But I didn’t find any good deals, bought the products on MRP.
They should not mislead people with their advertisements

Nice place for shopping for your newborns. The staff is helpful and has good knowledge of the offerings from the brands. We got a hammock style zula at a good discount price. We wanted a different colour than what was on display, the staff was helpful to get it from the stock for us.
Definitely recommend this place 👍🏻

I wanted to change the baby diaper as i entered the store there was an empty table tht I asked to use n thy refused it …. N asked me to take a 12 month old to the washroom which was stinking n no space for babies to change the diaper or clothes if they get dirty i have shopped many times here i dnt like the service at all however i dnt have a choice but to pay products are so costly in store n old looking always especially baby hug clothes the staff is least interested in showing anything always confused n lost
