Very bad experience, mixer grinder not working from 5 days, already 3 times complain login but still only giving time but no solution

I will give croma pandari minus stars, third class service provided. They have made me signed the agreement for 1 Yr of services on ac and take prepaid payment but at time of providing service they ask invoice n all sort of documents, not even providing g proper address to technician n all the time they keep calling and then they give nonsense explanation for it,, hopeless shop n hopeless management will never purchase anything from chroma

Very very bad experience with croma pandri raipur c.g. purchased AC of Haier company the problem is there is zero coordination between the service centre and croma people. Person from Haier service centre took full day for installation and still hung up without installation and couldn't explained any valid reason for the same.

Today I visited Chrome to purchase an 85-inch TV.I was genuinely impressed with the staff’s Vaibhav knowledge and the quality of service provided it was a great experience overall. However, I decided not to go ahead with the purchase from Chrome, simply because I found the same TV model available at Reliance for approximately ₹38,000 less.
