I recently tried the Custard Pineapple Pastry at The Mad Bakers and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! The pastry was flaky and the custard was perfectly creamy. The addition of pineapple added a slight tangy sweetness that balanced out the richness of the custard. The presentation was also beautiful, making the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend trying this pastry if you visit The Mad Bakers. They definitely know how to make a mean pastry!
