I had a very disappointing experience at the Airtel Store on Sadhu Vasvani Road. When I visited, there were 3 employees present in the store, yet none of them seemed willing to assist me properly. I was made to sit and wait for around 25–30 minutes while they kept saying that one particular lady employee would handle my request. When I politely asked her about it, she just brushed me off and said “5 minutes, I will do it,” but then kept ignoring me instead of helping.

As a customer, it felt like my time and presence were not valued at all. Airtel is a big brand, and from such a reputed company, one expects professional and prompt service. Unfortunately, this store failed to provide even basic courtesy.

In the end, after waiting so long and being ignored, I had to leave the store without even getting my work done. This was a complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience.

I sincerely hope Airtel management takes notice of this issue and improves the service quality here because customers should not be left waiting unnecessarily and treated with such indifference.

Hey, its service is useless. Rather than this, install Jio fiber, if available then install BSNL. It's been five days and these people. Now these people didn't come to my house to do the fitting. And took the money in advance from me. So whoever is thinking of installing, don't install Airtel's.

I applied for connection dated 9 june 2025. Gautam naming employee told me that installation will be done by 10th June 2025. The employee is not attending call even. Poor service. HELP ON IMMEDIATE BASIS .

The worst service ever we got from the airtel office so far
They installed wifi but the connection is not getting started after a whole week.!
Service is very bad
No one is responding the call and taking action.
They gave me number of harshita and karan both are not answering tha call and not taking any action regarding it.!

Company service was worst. Different branch charge different rate on same service. Customer care not provide store contact number also.Even executive sitting there no knowledge about why card swap request rejected. Staff misbehave with customer and threat to customer like you can talk with owner.

Worst store of airtel... No response from the team. No one is responding at the time. They are not solving the complaints of 10 days ago even. Frustrated from the service.

They have very bad service they don't know how to behave with their customers they do insult of their customer i also experienced it 1st time they give proper reply but secondly they don't give response and proper answer so don't go to sadhuvasvani branch and take corrective action regarding them

Too good airtel care. Staf support nicely and very good behaviour. Place located at sadhu vasvani road, at the corner of circle. this store almost opens form 8 :am to 7:pm. Best service and care provided by Airtel
