Seats are needed for renovation over all good experience sound quality is good staff are gentle and helpful and they are active for cleaning if other theatre are full then one more option available in Rajkot and one more thing that's outside food and beverages not allowed

My show is 12 :55 pm and the security women and guard ask us to stay outside in sun when we reached the theatre at 12:35 and argued with us for whole 10 mins and were not allowing us to enter the main gate. Staff name sagar bhai gadhvi and female staff did not mention her name and also talked rudely that movie jova avya cho ne movie joi ne bhago ahiya thi naam nu su kaam che .

I have never seen this many ads in one movie
The starting time was 9.35AM and movie started on 9.48, how can they show ads before movie. And not to mention 15 mins long ad interval. I would come here only if theres no other show anywhere else in rajkot. Even rajashree has better bigger screen and less ads.

I recently watched ' lalo Krishna saday sahayte' best experience. Good screen and sound quality.

They are not providing the service which is mentioned in the cinema it self, they launched a offer in which they mentioned 'the offer is valid from Monday to Thursday 6am-6pm ' but when we asked for the same they denied and the service are not at all up to mark , if the offers are not valid why to post such a big poster ...I have also attached the picture you can see it

It was an old theatre converted into a multiplex, but the condition is not good. The chairs are broken, the screens are small, and the seating style feels like that of a cheap theatre.

I am writing this review out of pure frustration, disappointment, and anger after experiencing one of the worst cinema visits of my life at INOX Cinema. INOX markets itself as a “premium cinema experience,” but in reality, it is nothing more than an overpriced, poorly managed, customer-unfriendly cinema chain that does not care about its audience at all. The entire experience felt like a complete waste of money, time, and energy.

Overpriced Tickets With Zero Value

Extremely Uncomfortable and Poor Seating

The seats were terrible. They were uncomfortable, worn out, and noisy. Some seats felt loose, others were torn, and sitting through a full movie was physically painful. For a cinema that claims to be premium, this is completely unacceptable. If someone is paying extra, at least basic comfort should be guaranteed. INOX clearly doesn’t invest in maintaining its seating infrastructure.

Poor Cleanliness and Hygiene

Cleanliness was another major disappointment. The floors were sticky, seats had stains, and the overall hall looked poorly maintained. Even the washrooms were unhygienic, smelly, and lacked basic cleanliness. In a public place where hundreds of people visit daily, this level of hygiene is shocking. Especially after COVID, one would expect cinemas to maintain higher standards—but INOX clearly doesn’t care.

Sound and Screen Quality Was Disappointing

The sound system was unbalanced and noisy, with dialogues sometimes unclear and background noise overpowering important scenes. The screen brightness and clarity were also average at best. For such a high-priced cinema, this quality is unacceptable. There are smaller local theatres that offer better sound and picture quality at half the price.

Horrible Food Prices and Poor Quality

INOX’s food counter feels like an open robbery. The prices are insanely high, and the quality is extremely poor. Popcorn tasted stale, cold drinks were overpriced, and portion sizes were laughable. Paying such absurd prices for such low quality food is insulting. On top of that, staff behavior at the food counter was rude and impatient, as if customers were doing them a favor by buying food.

Arrogant and Unhelpful Staff

The staff behavior deserves special mention—for all the wrong reasons. Most of the staff members were unhelpful, poorly trained, and indifferent to customer concerns. If you ask a question, you either get ignored or receive a rude response. There is absolutely no sense of customer service. When you are paying premium prices, you expect respectful and professional treatment, not careless and arrogant behavior.

Poor Crowd Management

There was no proper crowd management. Entry queues were chaotic, ticket checking was slow, and there was confusion everywhere. It felt like the management had no control over operations. During intervals, moving around was a nightmare. For a large cinema chain, this level of mismanagement is embarrassing.

Not Worth the “Premium” Tag

INOX uses branding and marketing to create an illusion of luxury, but in reality, it fails at even basic cinema standards. Everything feels outdated, poorly maintained, and rushed. There is nothing premium about the experience except the prices. If INOX removed its branding, no one would believe this is a high-end cinema.

Complete Waste of Money

Overall, watching a movie at INOX felt like throwing money into the dustbin. From ticket booking to exiting the theatre, the experience was frustrating. I left the cinema feeling angry rather than entertained. Movies are meant to relax people, but INOX does the opposite.

Final Verdict – Avoid If Possible

I would strongly advise people to avoid INOX Cinema if you have any other option available. There are many smaller theatres that provide better service, better comfort, and better value for money. INOX needs to seriously improve its infrastructure, staff training, hygiene, and customer service—or stop calling itself a premium cinema altogether.

I had a disappointing experience at this cinema. I arrived at 10:37 AM and had to wait outside until 10:45 AM before being allowed to enter. This long wait outside inconvenient and frustrating. I expected better organization and customer service. Hopefully, they can improve this in the future. So that the women who says that please Wait outside of the cinema behaviour very bad so that I suggest never goes this cinema

I had a very bad experience at this theatre. The seating arrangement was extremely uncomfortable. The seats were very small and cramped, leaving no proper leg space. It was difficult to sit comfortably even for a short time, and watching the movie became tiring instead of enjoyable.
A theatre experience should be relaxing, but this place completely failed in providing basic comfort. Because of the poor seating, I would not recommend this theatre to others and do not plan to visit again unless improvements are made.

It's not that huge. It's best to avoid watching any action banger or any movies with high quality audio & visuals here. No lift, u might have to climb 3 floors or so.
Bester to watch rom-coms or family drama here.

Pathetic experience. The theatre owner doesn't value your precious time. The movie timing was 9:50, they ran advertisements and trailers for 25 minutes and the movie started at 10:15. A 3.5 hours movie turned out to be a more than 4 hours movie. The screen size is also very small, not at all theatrical experience.

Shame on you, PVR INOX. You charge ₹345 for popcorn worth ₹30 — fine, we still pay for it. But at least maintain some standards. I was given only 1 coke zero and charged for 2!

I asked for cheese and caramel mix popcorn and was served stale popcorn. After I complained, your overconfident staff told me, “Caramel to aisa hi hota hai!” — as if I’m eating it for the first time. Then they said they’d make a fresh batch, but what I got next was even worse — burnt popcorn that was bitter instead of sweet. Maybe your team doesn’t even know how to make caramel popcorn properly.

To make it worse, the theatre volume was painfully high — so loud that people around were literally covering their ears. It felt harmful to health.

I've watched tron in 3d overall experience was good the seating area could've been more clean and there was some kind of odour that was not really comfortable and the screen was old and the brightness was kinda a low so picture quality not that good as for the sound the sound effects and surrounding was on the mark. Another plus is Toilets were well maintend and cleaned.

INOX R World is one of the well-known multiplexes in Rajkot, situated centrally in the Sharda Baug area. It is a popular choice for families and college students due to its accessibility. While it offers a standard multiplex experience with the brand value of INOX, it has received mixed feedback regarding maintenance and technical consistency compared to newer malls in the city (like Reliance Mall or Crystal Mall).

1. Ambience & Comfort:

Interiors: The lobby and waiting areas are generally clean and air-conditioned, maintaining the standard INOX red-and-black aesthetic.

Seating: The seats are cushioned and comfortable with decent legroom. However, some patrons have noted that the upholstery in certain screens feels a bit worn out compared to newer theaters.

Cleanliness: Washrooms and common areas are usually well-maintained, though peak weekend crowds can sometimes affect cleanliness levels.

2. Screen & Sound Quality:

Visuals: The projection quality is good for 2D movies. 3D brightness is average; sometimes it can feel a bit dim behind the glasses.

Audio: This is the most debated aspect. While the Dolby sound system is generally clear, it lacks the "thump" and immersive bass found in newer Dolby Atmos screens. If you are an audiophile watching an action blockbuster, you might find the sound slightly flat.

3. Food & Beverages:

Menu: Classic cinema fare—popcorn (cheese/caramel/salted), nachos, samosas, and soft drinks.

Pricing: As with all multiplexes, the food is expensive. A combo can easily cost more than the movie ticket itself.

Service: Service at the concession stand is fairly quick, but queues can get long during intervals.

4. Parking & Accessibility:

Parking: Parking is available but can get chaotic. There is a designated parking area, but it often fills up quickly during evening shows, forcing visitors to park on the street or in cramped spots.

Accessibility: The theater is located on an upper floor, but elevators and escalators are available.

Kindly have to say do not go here. The staff are liars and I witnessed them disrespect an elder from my family who was carrying something for her diabetes, hurling personal insults and then denying it when the manager was called to resolve the situation. I question the safety of the place if the staff target innocent elders.

Small note but in the theatre the enter sign light in the theatre will also shine bright in the auditorium preventing blackout in certain seats.

Never go this place. Poorly managed mall. No car parking available, you have to park at your risk on public road. We arrived at 18:28 for 18:55 but the erretic staff stopped at the gate that you are very early for the show...
Staff is irresponsible and arrogent.
Very first experience in life where found some people bugging with staff that they were issued wrong movie's ticket at cash counter than they wanted to see.
In nutshell beyond repairs experience of inox pvr

A cinema hall without car parking. Seems like the whole ground floor parking is unofficially converted to a restaurant, and nobody asks. Even entrance is always surrounded by a typical class of people to whom you would avoid to talk even. The canteen is very expensive. A small bottle of water is Rs 70. Better go somewhere else.

On a better day with better movie it is more like 4 star but usually for the price it is good enough the food is also good enough overpressure... Over priced, but you can bring water of water from outside

Theater is good but screen some small and sound quality decent.  I watched thunderbolt movies recently in 3d. 3d is also good in compare to rajkot
