Very rude behaviour by the staff. Two girls and one boy are approaching to fight with the customer when the issue is from their side on the system while billing. They are extremely incapable of handling invoices. You have not given them basic training about the customer service. Such horrible and unacceptable experience, the staff should be fired because of their unnecessary attitude and incompetence.

This is a worst Apollo hospital which i ever came across. Request anyone especially with cardiac problems not to visit this hospital. The staff doesn't value appointment booking and dont respond properly. This branch is managed by junior doctors to take care of Govt. schemes.
Highly suggest anyone with payment from pocket (or) insurance to avoid this hospital without any second thoughts.

It's one of the big medical outlet in ramanagara....but they didn't have proper swiping machine in their branch... mainly they didn't have any QR codes in their branch...they ask the customer mobile for scanning....this is the worst behaviour by their staffs...as a reputed company in many states..they must clear this issue ASAP
